must see something in the Company and the future to pay that kind of premium at the time .Cant believe the shares in issue her only 50 million .Only 1.5 million or so for a 3% stake in the Comapny hence the premium i suppose if you tried to buy any kind of serious stake the price could shoot up interesting stuff

Re Arysta stake was that not at something like a 70% premium at the time as well ?? .Bugoil has been pending and pending Uk and USA approvals from what ive read up surelt it will come soon all the write ups on it state its a great product so once approved PIM may already have buyers and deals lined up

Did you see Citigroup inceased there bet from 25% to 50% on a greek deault .Think its coming for the markets not now but soon thats a big increase in that bet

Well its good to see Higher Highs and Higher lows and LED trending upwards with China starting to actually phase out Incandescent Bulbs from Oct 2012 restricting imports and usage you would expect Big Business to be looking at there options now and placing contracts for the work before it becomes a very busy market place .Lets Hope LED with the new Joint Ventures can start to get some on board
