Its all about supply and demand .When this start moving up you wont be able to buy for toffee and on news it will move quick Mr Magic knows the game just plays some games on the boards . Up to this last week or so it has been hard to purchase any volume of these without paying 10% over the ask or NT . MMs having a little fun now tempting exactly what Magic is talking about trying to get sells as people wory they cant sell .When it moves it will shift IMO and we just need the EMC RNS and it will be all systems go . LED have changed direction getting rid of loss making KEPU interests and the costs associated with it but but still a % holding for the manufacturing side as far as i read .Pressure is on LED suppliers and manufacturers so the EMC model is a great way to move hence Chan putting his money up and taking a bigger stake. Think ive stated before since flotation no one investor has sold any stake apart from the transfer at all in at way way above todays price im holding these and i mean 1p is my minimum really think we will see 1.5-2p at some point

Re the article id say its goods news as LED already selling off the manufacturing plant (Costs by buyer) which has been loss making and are investing and concentrating fully on the EMC model looks like LED Intl may be a little ahead of the game seeing the problems coming .Just need a couple more EMC contracts signed up and away we go IMO

As a part of its ongoing business review, the Board has determined that the activities of Kepu present considerable, but different opportunities from LED's primary focus of its energy management contract ("EMC") business model. As currently structured, the Company does not have the resources to take full advantage of the opportunities available to Kepu. For this reason, the Company has taken the decision to sell part of its interest in Kepu and to license out Kepu's operations. This will provide the Company with further resources to promote and focus on EMC business model.

Under the terms of the Disposal, the Company has sold 40% of its shareholding in LED International (Far East) Limited to Weng. The consideration for the sale shall be the forfeiture by Weng of his rights to the Consideration Shares. In addition, Weng has also entered into a license agreement in relation to the daily operations and management of Kepu (the manufacture of LED display units) for the sum of RMB600,000 (approx. £60,000) per annum, payable in two instalments (the "Licence Agreement"). Under the terms of the Licence Agreement, Weng will assume all responsibility for the management and operation of Kepu and will be responsible for all expenses and operating costs incurred by Kepu. LED's Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Chan, said: "I am pleased that we have been able to conclude a partial sale of our interest in Kepu. This will provide us with further resources to focus on our EMC business model which we feel is the right direction for the Company at present and will provide us with important recurring revenues."

Theyve dropped this on small sells 1 million total .Still to buy 500k shares full ask .37 .All thats happened in effect is a transfer of shares Li has given personal Guarentees to Banks etc etc so he has faith .

Following these transactions, Mr. Thomas Li and Mr. Stephen Chan currently hold 15,982,630 and 105,506,540 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 4.36 per cent. and 28.81 per cent. respectively of the Issued Share Capital.

Well 12% up no great shakes it is news of contracts and ongoing revenues that will really move this share . The good news is in the RNS as posted previously just sit back relax and wait for the contract news to come and if you can top up on any weakness IMO .Good luck all in here some people have traded this from mid to low .3s and will take the 20% when its there as its done it a few times the big holders arent and havent sold . Sitting chilling awaiting the contract news sooner rather than later now
