Bigbaddaz, BigDish reached 50,000+ Android app installs in early July.
So, it is evident from the results of BigDish for the half-year ended 30 September 2019 of revenues of £11,766, that up until then there had been a low % of download-to-user conversion rate.
In the prospectus in 2018, BigDish stated -
"For every change of 100,000 app downloads achieved by marketing campaigns, the Directors expect a change of approximately 20,000 first time bookings "
For comparison, and in stark contrast, worth remebering that tablepouncer with 10,000+ and less than 25,000 android downloads, in 2017 TablePouncer received 45,117 bookings in Bournemouth and seated 126,122 diners.
ART123, on Wed 12:43, you said: 'I still can't see that Big Dish can do anything to improve on the Table Now concept. The customer pays for the booking to unlock the offer and they are already giving 2 for 1, 25%, 30% and 50% discounts.'
However, it's worth noting in the festive period at least that from today it is currently not possible to book a table on tablenow. The tablenow website shows:
"No restaurants matching your search, as discounted bookings are now offline for the holiday period! We look forward to welcoming you back with even more great restaurant discount deals in January 2020." https://www.tablenow.co.uk/restaurants
However, there are still numerous tables available to book in the various regions on BigDish.

JOHNO77 , I've gained an insight of the booking confirmation EPOS in the past from Aidan and am extremely impressed with the current BigDish booking model system of the instant tracking from the restaurant side. Be a shame for things to go downhill.
Looking at the websites of Wildwood & dimt t, they're currently taking bookings Christmas for 4th-28th November so will be interesting to see how this affects any joining the platform. So an interesting trial period again coming up over next 2 months for the known unknowns in terms of seasonal factors.
Or maybe the superb website designers are going to change the website and add the three missing towns to the bottom of the website pages in the Locations section that have been missing for the past two weeks.
There is still an issue with the booking system that was raised here several weeks ago. Last night at approx just after 9.10 pm when looking in several areas at all the restaurants that had no tables available and selecting tomorrow (i.e. today) the restaurants showed no tables available for today. 'Please try other dates or adjust your party size. '. However, when looking this morning, those same restaurants now show tables available. Again, how many times is this happening - people may log on in this time, see there are supposedly no tables avilailable and not bother looking the following morning, when clearly there are in fact tables available. There seems to be an anomolly. For example, if a restauarnt has tables still availble for bokking on the same day, tables for tomorrow appear available. When all those tables for 'today' have booked, the tables for 'tommorow' seem to stop being available. There must be some kind of bug, just doesn't seem right.
