Our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with QuotedData's Edward Marten has just been released. Listen here.
Agree with you Seis, but effectively they become 2 and 3 as there is already one at Thutse.
Charles, the first module sprung out of the blue last June. That is behind the increase in chrome earnings. They had the option to increase. Which is now being acted upon.
Northern, there are 10-12 M’s just in the vicinity of M! Surely this would call for the further expansion of Sable. I think originally they said they could easily double the size of Sable. This would make sense with all the local opportunities around M. I also think Chambishi is on the radar and will help exploit growth further away from Sable. The opportunity is off the scale here and we are just getting going. Growth, everything we used to dream about is finally upon us.
Seis, one point Leon underlined and underlined at the AGM via video link. Was how shocked the market would be at the speed of the rollout of the copper expansion. I think we can all see how this can happen now and cash flow will just expedite this. I’ m pretty sure it wont be long before we see another project with IRH as well. Sentiment is going to change rapidly here.
Well, happy Easter all shareholders. Full of good news, plus a sprinkling of more good news for good measure. Looks like that might have caught a few off guard! What really stands out to me is the joint venture. With over 260M tonnes present and i think some estimates as high as 350M tonnes! It is striking that the initial 4 modules will have a combined input capacity of 2.4M tonnes. A rough calculation says that is going to take around 108 years to process. I would expect another 4 modules to immediately follow the first 4 modules, with another 4 modules following the first 8. That really highlights the significance of this project. I would expect this to be producing 60-80k tonnes of copper per annum if fairly short order. Thats just the joint venture! Jubilee is in an outstanding position! Congratulations to Leon & team, the progress has taken a while, more than expected, but the opportunity is first class. Word will soon spread on this. This is going to be one exciting summer!
Totally agree Nelson, Neil Reynolds brings control to a situation that could easily get out of control. By this i mean, Leon could clearly spends millions and millions on developing the company without control. It is noticeable the amount of references we have seen recently to financial approval. RNS reporting has clearly improved and quarterly reporting was a must. Nice to see very timely reporting too, usually early. So all good on this front. But Ollie has to take some credit as the structure in the company is becoming clearer and clearer. Ollie is definitely shaping Jubilee to become a powerhouse. Ricus is going to be very important in developing what appears to be lots of opportunities, especially like M. I think the team is in now well and truly set, led by Leon. Leon is clearly a leader with great ambition and who knows how big this can all get now? With copper about to go commercial and the growth plans already in place and known by us, it is just a waiting game for investors. But the real investors here are wondering just how big this all gets! Not bickering over a few days late, or making up rubbish to try and force a few holders to sell or deter new investors from buying. The real investors have belief this is going all the way and i am backing Leon and his team to achieve this.
If the first new chrome plant is up and running in 2 and a half months, that will have a significant impact on next years earnings! Lets hope the second one isn't far behind!! Just waiting for the confirmation Roan is complete and munching rocks! Not long by the sounds of it. Very keen to see how much copper, they have processed this quarter between Roan &Sable.

“Theres room for copper stocks to move a lot higher in tandem with copper prices!”
Yes GotReal, he certainly smiles as he twists the knife!
Im not sure Kalan, the times of the trades are clearly stated, with one actually in the morning.
Line, lol!
Even better Heroic, they could deliver a new chrome module, without even saying there was one coming as in summer 2023! Which completely changes the bottom!
@Seis, Northern, now Mopani is concluding, news will be fairly imminent here. The Abu Dhabi crowd are obviously very serious about copper and not messing around.
The South African business is undervalued at this market cap. Earnings in South Africa alone are set to jump $50M with the two new modules coming on line this year. Crazy valuation with Roan and Sable about to join the party! Then there’s the IRH deal. With more project M’s in the pipeline, the IRH deal is the icing on the cake at the moment! But i just wonder how many cakes IRH and Jubilee are going to bake together?
Dorf, looking forward at the year to come is certainly looking much better than the year that has just passed. If PGM's continue to find strength, the two new modules coming on line are going to be incredibly influential. They will throw another circa 15-20k oz in the mix! The joint venture at Windsor will definitively have to come into play. The outlook for the bottom line is incredible. Massive increase in chrome coming at a time when chrome prices are elevated. Massive increase in PGM's on the horizon, when PGM's are starting to find some strength! Copper prices hardening nicely when a considerable increase in production is expected. We are spoilt for choice!!!!!
Indeed Northern, if PGM’s get a little stronger, i think its very likely the joint venture will come into play and start to process the excess stock pile. The last quarter could be an interesting one. If Roan is fully ramped by the end of April. Copper and PGM’s keep gaining strength. Windsor comes into play. Chrome stays steady, the last quarter could just be a little special. Lets hope the wind is behind us.

Can you imagine JLP, an RNS now confirming Roan is ramping up and the IRH deal is complete! Still, they are coming and copper is still rising! Even at somewhere near 50% capacity ,Roan profits are jumping!
Seis is 100% right.
