Placing came as a surprise but at 1.75 as opposed to 1.25 isn't too bad - for marketing purposes too (positive), also with no warrants - the mention of it being the last available allocation is telling IMO - any news now (i.e the biggies revenue streams/credit facility) will have a larger impact

LB it's in the RNS today: The Subscription Shares will, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares and following the issue of the Subscription Shares the Company will have utilized all of the currently available authorisations it has to issue shares for cash.

Not saying it wont come good - there's every chance it will but realistically you're looking at a few years until realization (funding, approvals etc etc).....

Just be wary of momentum shares being heavily ramped by the usual suspects who managed a low entry, especially when there are huge red flags (e.g. mr pump and dump sheikh for one)..... FWIW I wasn't even in ADME but he cost a lot of PI their hard earned
