One thing I've learned over the years.... the 'admitted to trading' date has always been BS - not sure why they ever add that line.... I've seen time and time again for placings/warrants/options of exact numbers etc being dumped on the day of announcement

I’m going to agree with consensus that this is derisked now in terms of dilution and funding. So should move up.

The kicker is that they got their shares really cheap but this will eventually even itself out assuming they haven’t already been forward sold (which I’m 90% sure of considering the wild swings - plus they’re always forward sold anyway)

Assuming the virus is as bad as feared - any news on FDA etc will just mean a straight line upwards for the share price (no more shares to bail the MMs out) No warrants no options no placing.

Geordie, when you have the leading diagnostic product in the market, general news on the virus is critical to the direction of Nova, new cases/increased numbers unfortunately mean governments have to step up protocols

Likewise news of the virus being contained etc will mean FDA approvals, licensing agreements are almost pointless. The catalyst is the media.

Hear what? There wasn't enough public information to determine O/S warrants - they confirmed it was the final tranche (how often do AIM companies have the courtesy to do that?) EUA is the only company that I've seen do exactly the same thing and it rocketed

So the 6m caused the drop to sub £1.... also note the exercise price of the 353,536 tranche 1.45 EUR that's essentially the price now.

Anyway 3m EUR in the bank on top of 2m at year end, fully funded and no more dilution

Wouldn't worry about articles or SP swings.... I've said all along it's an unprecedented situation and hopefully a one off. I was even sceptical at the rise to 35p saying it was unwarranted as it was an RUO kit.

But since then, we have gone on to becoming the leading only CE marked product which China interested and received 288k test quotations over 2 non-working days - this suggests to me that the demand is global.

Secondly, I suggest you follow https://twitter.com/COVID_19NEWS for live updates - it's pretty obvious it's going to get a lot worse and still at an early stage - unfortunately.

Thirdly, ignore the noise and just apply common sense - if you are uncomfortable just sell out

Read yesterdays RNS and read the news (maybe dig a bit deeper with this one, because the real story is being suppressed - for good reasons obviously) - It won't change the number of tests they need though

I can only see this is as a good thing, £1m at circa £1 is a large amount in a 60m share company, considering it's only circa 50% in profit, despite the volume they won't be able to sell most of that for anything significant- so can only imagine they see potential in where the SP is heading and would be holding a for a while at least

As for the company that brings total cash levels to circa £3m - more than enough to finance the production of tests etc, quells placing fears etc too

Why do people keep mentioning the RUO sales figures....? everyone knows they're peanuts

288,000 quotations over 2 non working days is no joke......... plus the MCAP for most pharmas/bio's are based on potential sales now they have the first CE product with China interested.... think of their population and apply a P/E - £90m is a nothing MCAP.

I'm just gonna say this.... assuming a conservative £10 per test due to CE mark/leading product and assuming china are in market for it

50m kits at £10 a piece = £500m
100m kits at £10 a piece = £1bn
200m kits at £10 a piece = £2bn

Requirements: initial test, test for clearance if infected, stockpiling, reinfection

Mcap: £100m

You do know if they place, it means orders are through the roof..... and there's only one country that can need so many tests (hint they have a population of nearly 1.4billion) think about it for a second....

Just a flu....? It's clearly highly contagious - if you don't test to contain it, apply a 2% death rate to a billion people, then tell me its just a flu

20% of infected in a serious/critical condition is a more alarming figure

Also consider those unable to work due to being quarantined etc.... the knock on effect is massive

if it reaches £5 + I will be donating £1000 to a charity supporting those affected by the outbreak

For balance, without China, you won't go much further than £150m-£200m, unless you get a mass breakout in India/Africa
