Convinced there are more than two sellers, there's been more than enough churn to flush those two out.... should have some TR1 buyers too though

£3 is conservative IMO, I also think the number of confirmed cases will at least double by end of month - governments have only barely started to pay attention - that's when the approvals and stockpiling start coming in

G4M was another easy bounce that fizzled out... can't get them all right I guess, but they do eventually recover in 6-12 months once the liquidity disappears... bottom drawer for now

yeah it eventually rose back up after the offer news was made.... I'm talking about the initial drop from 120p to 30p or so, there was 1 TR1 showing a seller with a few % left, tonnes of buying pressure but never bounced.... two weeks later 4/5 RNS came at the same time showing more sellers......

I'm in around 13p so no choice but to wait it out, just hope it's not a repeat

reminds me of Proactis a while back.....undoubtedly cheap but supply was endless and TR1s of sellers came late from all angles, the bounce never came and volume dried out

The wild swings were largely down to the 6p warrants which were up by 3000% at one point, we've diluted around 12% since the previous highest close, which is around where we are now. I don't think anything in today's RNS justified a higher rise than what we've had today though (sales disappointing, but distribution agreements signed and multiple approvals to come), it's well poised for next month

I don't think a 30% increase with solid consolidation is a muted reaction, if anything it provided proof that the market see's potential and it's just a matter of when not if, looking at the sales figures alone was an easy drop to sub £1, but the rest was pretty damn good IMO.

Although they were probably a bit naughty with the launch RNS, i think many (myself included) expected millions of orders to pile in from all over the globe - they left out the small detail of requiring FDA approvals everywhere to fully capitalise on their markets, the spread in Korea, middle east and Europe will almost certainly speed up the process

They've more or less provided that info.... 930k of both RUO and CE tests

40k confirmed plus 35k quotes so say 50k * £5 = £250k of RUO's and remainder being CE tests £680k/5 = around 140k?

There's a lot of detail in today's RNS indicating this will be significantly higher over the next few months.

"The value of quotations has grown significantly as Novacyt is currently involved in active discussions with representatives from a number of countries which have an acute need for tests as part of their national screening programmes. Due to the high level of interest in the Primerdesign COVID-19 test and rapidly evolving nature of this outbreak, the Company cannot predict with any certainty the conversion rate of these ongoing enquiries into orders."

Plus the virus pretty much turned pandemic at the start of this week, hitting korea/iran/italy - you can imagine that's when authorities will have begun taking it 'seriously' - expecting a sharp upwards movement in terms of demand for tests once the relevant FDA approvals from multiple countries come through

Placing? good one. 2m at y/e 3m from warrants - 5m total lets assume B/E with the test sales to date to account for extra capacity and admin- and then you have additional test sales, a 2.5m contract for the next 6 months(probably 70% or so GP margin), other aspects of business
