How come this isn't moving more today? Seems like very good news and its not budged
I'm pretty new to this site and started reading up to understand more about the company and hopefully engage with people who are smarter than me and who can educate me. Turns out the majority of people who post are immature and disgusting individuals. Seriously you should be embarrassed by your behaviour. I said it the other day would you be proud to show your posts to your wifes/husbands or your employer? Absolutely not. When is is ok to tear into someone because they have a different view to you? You are trolling to make yourself feel better than others. In what world is it ok to feel smug about others losing money and being wrong?
Change the record it is getting seriously boring.
Reading the messages is like listening to teenagers squabbling. It appears as though lots of people dislike what BlaimThrower posts, which is aimed at being antagonistic and targets getting a rise out of people, ignore him/her and stop filling this board up with rubbish, tit for tat and embarrassing replies. I'd love to know if you'd be proud to share your contribution on this board with your partners, parents, kids, colleagues and friends (assuming you have them).
Now does anyone have anything useful to add?
BT I think it is possible to argue that what has gone before with regards to people buying in a a higher SP and who are currently down is irrelevant to the confidence in people buying in currently.
Confidence in a company means people buy more shares than those selling which consequently has a knock on effect to the share price, lack of confidence and the reverse happens. Those people who are confident to buy now don't give 2 hoots about those that bought in high and are down. I agree it doesn't automatically mean they are going to make money but it is a reflection at a point of time in the confidence a buyer has in a company.
Also your life must be hard with your glass half empty attitude. It is painful to read you constantly countering every positive post with negativity. I'm sure you do it for a rise from people or love playing the bad guy but it isn't half boring for the rest of us.
Thanks Casual, you are probably the only person who talks pure analytics on this board and its an interesting discussion.
Also glad to see positive movement today lets hope that lasts.
Ok a quick read of corrections patterns and I am able to follow you a little closer. A question though, if all shares followed 1 form of corrective wave pattern wouldn't that make investing very simple and practically risk free? Anyone with half a brain could follow the patterns and make loads of money which clearly doesn't happen. What am I missing or not understanding?
I never fully understand your posts Casual but I always enjoy the optimism
Some interesting points and helpful perspective, I also enjoyed the lack of people ****ging each other off. Although that can fill the quiet gaps with some entertaining reading. Carry on all.
I can see the logic in that statement but it doesn't answer my question. People are still investing here even though the NHS app has launched and looks likely to be used as a covid passport. The buyers today would only do so if there was a smidgen of confidence CTEA still have a product that they can sell. Or as others are suggesting here that they are purely waiting for the next spark of hope from Guy that sees the price jump momentarily and significantly enough for them to cash out.
There is still a good number of people buying in today which shows its not a complete lost cause. I still have hope its going to do something exciting.
I don't know enough about these things so excuse the question if its a really obvious answer. Could the NHS app be powered or supported by CTEA technology or could they provide a consultant role in its development and operation?
Denmark are kicking off the use of an app this week, Spain are looking to implement one to reignite their tourism industry and various articles i've seen suggest Europe will follow. It makes complete sense and gives people confidence to choose from a range of activities that have been heavily restricted in the knowledge they will be safe. The UK had a major economic advantage on Europe with early vaccinations but that will dissolve pretty quickly if we don't keep pace with a covid pass. I don't understand why Boris is delaying on this one and as you say JA CTEA are perfectly placed to support the roll out.
I personally feel that the argument of infringement on privacy isn't significant enough to not introduce a covid pass. The idea is simply to state what your status is with regards to the virus to keep others safe and prevent the transmission of the virus. Your personal details are secured and not passed on to anyone, the app absolutely has to be GDPR compliant. I really don't want to be at a big event with individuals that have the virus. And if there is a simple cost effective way of limiting and reducing contact between those that have been vaccinated, have antibodies or show a negative test and those that have the virus then why wouldn't you implement it?
Any chance we can discuss what's happening with the SP rather than having petty squabbles? I think it is fair to say that what is written on a forum such as this has to be taken with an understanding that the person writing the post will have some form of a bias. (positive or negative) And until there is a formal announcement most comments are pure speculation based on the knowledge/experience of the poster. Post with references and facts to support your argument and you might be able to take others with you. Everyone wants to have a positive outcome from their investment, if that is a pump and dump or a long term hold thats entirely down to the investor and their personal circumstances and strategy. But lets be honest is anything written on one forum going to have a significant impact on SP? I think not. Lets please move on
Sorry link was removed but it it is on the El Pais website with headline Spain will not require coronavirus tests or quarantines for travellers arriving with ‘vaccine passports’

Interesting to see in this article that Spain are introduction Digital Green Certificates to open up tourism this summer and believe it could work with countries that have a similar system with a reference to discussions with the UK. I think if this system gets support more widely in Europe there will be pressure for the UK to follow. Clearly this still requires CTEA to grasp the opportunity if it arises.
