Nissan please do tell us your reason for thinking it will go into the 30s?
Or is it just wishful thinking ?
Like the 123p you keep going on about?
Really if you haven’t anything useful to say, best not to clutter the board with it.
Today is my birthday and that RNS is a wonderful gift.
Just so delighted that patients on the trial are living with more hope and that the possibilities of a step change in cancer treatment looks to be on the horizon.
Have a beautiful day everyone!
I’ve emailed Walbrook but not had an answer. This is worrying me, don’t know if anyone else thinks so.
It’s not the trading results I’m worried about as we know that will be bad, It’s the cash flow part that I’m waiting for.
We have invested in this company, we deserve to know as soon as possible.
Nissan.. I admire your certainty but I think you are wrong.
Unless I am mistaken the Companies Act requires Interim financials to be published within 3 months of the half year. The half year was 31 Dec 2022.
That’s tomorrow.
If they are not published trading will be suspended.
Tomorrow is the deadline for the interim financial accounts and report.
I hope they have some positive news on the cash position.
That is just as important if not more do than todays news from NICE.
Waiting with bated breath for some good news so the brakes can finally come off this share.
Good luck everyone.
I think the 8 people who liked Ripley’s post about T’s operation really need to have a good look at themselves in the mirror and ask why they are up ticking such horrible sentiments.
This board is good when it sticks to science but there are a few people out there with poisonous minds.
Jimi, do you really think that GDR will just wait til June and be on the verge of running out of cash to do a raise?
It takes months of planning and negotiating, working out the options to raise that kind of cash.
Imo news of the funding is really late already, and it’s depressing the share price. The longer there is a news vacuum, the lower the share price will fall.
I’m 100% sure something is happening behind the scenes but wish they would get on with it and announce it.
It will allow this share to fly and bring those tests into production and start changing peoples’ lives.
I cannot see a cash raise from debt would be feasible now, but once the company is producing profits then that would de- risk its profile and it may be a possibility.
For now it really looks like an equity raise has to happen .
The posts above say 8m would see the company through but at the current share price and an Mcap of 22m, that’s an enormous dilution on the cards for we shareholders.
Sure NICE approval will raise the share price but a bit like the chicken and the egg, the share price will not reach its true value without the funding sorted and the funding is affected by the share price.
Therefore thinking it’s likely to be a licensing agreement and a share raise in the short term with more secure funding after FDA approval, which will surely come Imho.
Does anyone on this board have experience of doing a cash raise?
Anyone know how long the process takes?
I should think you have to plan it and start negotiating, drafting documents etc at least 3 months before hand.
If anyone has any practical experience ? it would be good to know.
