I may do the same. Not even convinced Sid will actually abide by their 35p. If the board recommend holders to accept it, they must be aware it reeks of desperation. Of the don't offer, the short term implications will be very messy. Surprised we didn't see this nearer mid 30s today, no doubt underlying reasons why.

I'll take a hit on 50% of my holding if 35p ever actually materialises. Mitigates losing it all, with chance of break even if a higher bid comes in. How do the BOD rationalise recommending 35p offer, when they rejected 230 recently? The misinformation must be more damging than they'd let on.

Either way, lots on here prob facing a loss, and the hope of a last chance saloon bid from other parties is optimistic at best. I can't wait to get out rather than endure further uncertainty

The BOD, having rejected 230p, to now recommend 35p is criminal. Got themselves a nice deal at everyone else's expense. If no further offer transpires, short term will be a bloodbath, and how can anyone trust those at the helm to turn things round? Given the last 7 months performance, why assume fortunes will be reversed?

Gilmartin's mention of possible suspension 2 weeks ago, caused a big drop. I mayvtake a hit on 30% of my holding if it looks imminent, and retain the rest indefinitely.

I think so too.somehow, from £2.30 7 months ago, sidara pulling out, BOD ignorance and or obstinance, the current MC is similar to debt. At least revenue is positive, of anything they say is to be believed. If they walk away again, sid could drop it a further 50%, force lenders to withdraw and bag it for bugger all. Only surmising, but unless a bid actually comes in, refinancing could well be difficult. What a difference 3 weeks make

A very big IF. Last 3 weeks downside has been relentless, no floor in sight. All was good until last Monday, I fail to see how the board, who've overseen such a catastrophic decline, can be entrusted to deliver any outcome in the best interests of anyone but themselves
