I was 50% down on RR, c4 yrs ago, nasty 40k paper loss, made £2k in turnaround, so relived to get out, it went up a further 700%. I'm not for 1 second suggesting the same could happen here. Would be relived, again, and delighted, but who knows how dodgy the accounting may turn out to be?

Just took a heavy hit selling 30%. 35p or zero, who knows?

But a lot of the recent malaise has been caused by dishonest/ fudged accounting, hence who knows how bad it could really be? We could get 35p or more it it could get hammered to zero. I've bet enough on the former and exhausted my risk appetite.

Not even slowly. Market must know what's going on, and it doesn't look like 35p is incoming. Somewhat trapped...

Also told that 230 a share undervalued the business. Can't believe a word they say. 35p looks like a godsend from here. If I felt there was a floor, and no more double digit drops likely, I'd be less concerned. No confidence to lower average again, which could lead to even bigger losses. A sharp hike either way would be no surprise

If they offered 5p, I can't see the board rejecting. As you say, out of options. What a difference a month makes, reeks of collusion here

Feels doubtful the 35p offer will be confirmed, hence the free fall.

Averaging down at this point looks very risky, a way to lose even more money. Market obviously knows what's going on, and fears the very worst.

They mention a limited number of contracts, but not the value of the discrepancies. I will be amazed (not to mention relieved), if the "offer" stands. I will take my own advice- get out and stay out. Having suffered AML, CPI, cine etc, I'm over it

They walk and the repercussions will be catastrophic. They've played a great hand, dropping their offer from 230 to 35, leaving no other viable options if the board are advising stakeholders to accept.
