RE: Summary of Colin Bird and XTR since 202524 Jan 2026 14:45
This is a really prescient and well written post. The BB has been very contentious recently for this very reason, so taking a step back I've summarised a few thoughts of my own below.
The fact of the matter is I have regret about buying into XTR and can admit I was taken in by the Bushranger ramp of 5 years ago. Like others dilution and time means that it's not worth my selling out but equally i've become very cynical because the "jam tomorrow" has never arrived.
I'm equally not a fan of the podcasts and articles by so called "experts" who actually haven't studied geology, moving the share price, which is why I've called for better disclosure through RNS.
Look Colin could have a renaissance, but really this is now 'put up or shut up' time, not later this year, not 2027 but now. You can't moan about low copper prices for 5 years and then do nothing about it when the copper price is at all time high.
Colin you could literally shut everyone up and have a huge uptick across your companies if you just demonstrated the sale of 1 asset for $50m+ in any of your companies. The problem is, as a realist, i just don't think you're up to it. And your treatment of lth amounts to effectively just being a charleton of the lowest quality.
So there is it. Gauntlet laid out. Put up or shut up and I'll happily be proved wrong but I suspect, like others that the day will never come.
