RE: Lack of update13 May 2026 17:46
Just to clarify my post earlier today, it gives me zero pleasure to come on this board to scold management. Xtract has so many meaningful assets that could each be company-makers in their own right. What I hope is that management read these posts and understand that part of being a public company is having some basic disclosure.
Investors have the right to be excited about elevated copper prices, yet Xtract isn't benefitting and one of the key reasons is that there's a bad track record of delivery. Management need to rectify this with a cycle of "meet and beat" in their disclosure, it's not difficult to do this. Instead of saying production within 3 months, they could have easily just said production by H2 26, and then they could have beaten expectations by getting the production update in before the end of June and surprising the market.
What really scares me is that Colin has a track record of shouting loudly and lots of disclosure when things are going well, but deathly silence when things are going badly. We currently have deathly silence, not good. I would happily support and advocate Xtract to others, and this last RNS and a timeline was a great opportunity to do that but once again we have been badly let down.
Management please, please, please take note!
