What's more a very sensible timeline "production and sales targeted for Q4 2026" provides plenty of cushion and gives XTR until Dec 31st (precisely what should have been done for Silverking). This also leaves room for breadcrumb RNS updates of progress on-site in the lead up to production.

Follow this exact blueprint for Silverking and who knows XTR might see similar uplift to KEN. One can only hope.

Jez, Zap I don't think a comms strategy should be optional here, it should be the standard. After all the Company raised money recently and investors need some reassurance that the money is being put to good use and with milestones to determine success. The longer it goes on without any stamp of delivery the more likely the Company is to raise money again.

There should be plenty of snippets that can be released that start to build the picture of what exactly is happening. My sense is that Colin is now embarrassed that he's missed his own 3 month production timeline and is therefore hiding behind podcasts and therefore our share price stays low.

As I have posted before he could have easily just said that production will happen before the end of the year, given himself cushion and then beaten market expectations by announcing production beforehand ......it is so very basic!

JDAU you may be happy with endless podcasts that are unverified and a share price that's been under 1.2p forever and a day. Most investors here are not.

KEN has had a 3400% price rise due to 13 RNS's over the same period that we have had only 1. Most investors find this unacceptable and will not reward mediocrity and obfuscation through a lack of any news.

Podcasts count for nothing when it comes to Xtract after the lies that were told regarding Bushranger.

As a public company XTR needs to update the market in the same way that the majority of others do. Especially if the Exec Chair is going to provide timelines for delivery in an RNS and then not confirm it.

There has been no news on Silverking for 118 days.

So you're suggesting there has been new news via a non-RNS route? Just want you to be clear on that, very simple question.

It would be hoped, JDAU that you're not suggesting that any new news on Silverking was published in the interview you refer to.

Because if there was new news then Colin will have breached the AIM rules and XTR will end up being fined for it.

Equally this bulletin board could become a more pleasant constructive place if Colin would just speak to his NOMAD and release a frigging update!!!

JDAU what are you suggesting my ulterior motive is here? Protesting on this board to force management to provide an update to shareholders is hardly some underhanded tactics.

So further to my post yesterday there is another RNS project update out on KEN this morning, which makes it 12 RNS updates since February.

I don't think it's unreasonable to say that only 1 project update for XTR over the same period for a company with 6 projects is cause for serious concern. 6 months ago the company raised money to advance the projects and in that time there has been no tangible delivery save for forward looking statements. So what can we conclude from this?

1.) That Colin is so focused and excited by KEN and BZT that he can't bring himself to make time to do the work to properly update the market on XTR because he doesn't consider the progress to be anywhere near as exciting as KEN and BZT in which case he is being negligent.

2.) There hasn't actually been any compelling progress on XTR because Colin is so excited by KEN and BZT and cannot be bothered/doesn't have the bandwidth to give any focus to XTR. This would attest to why he would give a podcast to try to placate investors whilst obfuscating the fact that no real progress is being made that is worthy of RNS because 99% of the day is focused on KEN and BZT.

As much as investors have tried no one on this bulletin board would be in a position to confirm either eventuality all we can conclude is that it's definitely one of the two. I sincerely hope it's more of the former scenario than the latter.

It is however very safe to say that if Silverking was actually in production as we were led to believe it would be Colin would immediately have RNS'd that - and the reason is that he needs the share price above 1.2p for the warrants to exercise and provide additional funding for the Company. The latter point is a concern because over at GLR the share price is no where near warrants being exercised and a Convertible Loan facility has now been installed which should scare the living daylights out of investors.

So until KEN and BZT stop being Colin's main play things, we will likely continue to get very little attention here. XTR is not a priority for Colin right now, manage your expectations appropriately.

That's a constructive reply howzeap thank you. I think the greater point here is that the stock isn't cheap at these levels, it prices in the current poor strategy/lack of concrete delivery.

To that end I think investors would be happy to buy into XTR at much higher prices, even double the current price if and only if there is a very well signposted (and then updated) direction of travel, not just for Silverking but for all projects.

The current 0.8p price for XTR is correct. With a more coherent strategy and evidencing of delivery I think we'd say a higher price (and buying at that higher price, once all of the warrants have been washed through of course).

Is this any surprise? Since 3rd Feb KEN has had 11 project updates by RNS, over the same period BZT has had 6 updates by RNS. Compare that with XTR we have had 1, yes just 1 RNS about a project since 3rd Feb so naturally our share price is flailing.

Colin tried a half-arsed podcast and that did zero to the share price because the majority don't believe his unverified statements.

If new investors were to take a look under the hood they would also find a bulletin board here full of investors arguing with each other about hypothetical progress and hypothetical valuations. Unless and until newsflow (real newsflow, RNS newsflow) is applied to XTR in the same way it is to KEN and BZT our share price will likely just decline.

Still at least it isn't as bad as at GLR, they similarly had no news for ages, awaiting a big sale of their Luansobe copper project (which similarly had a 5 month timeline, a bit like Silverking) and instead the update they got was for a Convertible Loan Facility. I hope that doesn't happen here but then we know the rule, when Colin is silent there is no progress, when Colin is loud and lots of RNS news things are happening. Does not bode well at all. Meanwhile the lack of any verified updates means the boring hypothetical arguments continue here.

Do you realise what you've just written? Probably don't want to write such things again if you'd prefer not to incriminate the Exec Chair. Then again maybe that wouldn't be a bad thing.

I'll end this debate with the following, if the company's strategy is so good as you keep saying then riddle me this, why is the share price at 0.9p?

If you're not willing to challenge the board and improve the Company such that new investors, and hopefully institutional investors come aboard, then you are very much part of the problem.

The current strategy is not working. We will know when Silverking is actually near production when a regulated news release can actually irrefutably prove it.

Replying to Ben who has eloquently hit the nail on the head. You can be sure that if we were in actual production (as was promised in an RNS in Feb) Colin would have accelerated getting an RNS out.

There is no RNS because he's not prepared to go through the verification process of the Nomad, why? Because he knows he would fail the basic hurdle required here.

And this is why the share price has not increased following the paid for podcast. The only way the share price will improve here is an RNS with deliverables rather than forward looking statements that never materialise.

This company is being run shockingly.

You know what would clear up this entire confusion ....... An RNS.

An RNS would probably lift the share price if there actually has been significant progress at SK. An RNS would allow investors to get excited, those looking into the company would have something to actually get comfortable with. The lack of it is causing huge problems here and we remain at 0.9p. So frustrating. If the progress is actually good then why not just spend a few hours, get the geo to verify, send the Nomad a few pictures and those sitting on the sidelines would actually buy into the stock! Meanwhile here we all are arguing with each other because Management won't pull their finger out!

NTM that is a very poignant analogy, whilst humorous it's entirely true. That is my point here the share price hasn't reacted to this podcast because no one believes Colin's empty promises which are categorically not updates (or as one deluded posted here wrote "a clear update"). It's obvious why Colin chose to use the podcast channel and that's because there's no one to verify anything he's saying, and again that's what the share price hasn't moved even with all of the efforts of some to keep it pointing to the recording as if it's a holy grail of real information, which it patently is not.

If you can't see how you've just contradicted yourself then it attests to my point that you have no awareness. Under the AIM rules, updates on progress for projects must be disclosed by RNS which has to be verified by the NOMAD. So yes we are having a debate because nothing Colin has said has been verified!
