Hard to come by shares, I had to buy in two tranches just to top up £6k yesterday.....GLTA and a very prosperous 2021

I'm up 100% on BCN to date and today done the opposite by topping up and investing further as I see this running a long way yet in the short term (although I will be in for the long haul). Took some of my LTHM profits (up 120%) to fund as I have learned some lessons from NMX where I had too many eggs in the one basket and lost the lot.

DtR, in order of value - Livent, BCN, EMH, Savannah and small stakes in ZNWD & European Lithium. Livent alone has gained over 50% on my average over the last quarter, and in my opinion has so many options available means it had a long way to run.

Ditto MrC for timing.....but even worse for me was that my early birds included Nemaska where I lost a stack. My own fault, so the faith in LI potential is still intact of which I still have positions in five projects (albeit smaller holdings - lesson learned).... KTF

Hostile takeover of Gemfield by Pallinghurst (they only paid the existing shareholders a fraction of the true value of shares), and two of the senior management in Gemfield at the time are now senior management at BCN (in similar roles).
Pallinghurst are aggressively pursuing mining businesses in the EV commodity supply chain (they have 2B to invest in a JV with Traxys). Hence the reference to Nemaska, they originally offered them an investment deal last year inclusive of existing investors . Now they ditch the same shareholders with zero value for their shares, and buy the project at a fraction of the value. Predators.
I don't know if there is any significance, or just a coincidence re the two senior managers, but it makes me nervous especially if there was an approach by Pallinghurst?

Is there any significance in the fact that two of the current senior management at Bacanora were also part of Gemfields prior to the hostile takeover by Pallinghurst. This is the same Pallinghurst that has just acquired Nemaska Lithium ruthlessly dumping 25,000 existing shareholders (I was one of them)?

They have the same directors as CNEL. You are well aware of this, which means you are misleading (lying) to people to make financial gain.... :-/ What kind of a person does that make you?

In the coming wks we will see the pot of gold at the end of the cnel rainbow..... :-) Feel sorry for those who sold up because they overbought and got into debt to do it, then lost **** loads. A few thing about your posts, in particular assets, manufacturing facility and directors / share holders: (i) Assets - Cnel wholly own two subsidiaries a) ZKTY who are the EPC contractor, and b) BOLUO who are the fabrication, manufacturer and equipment supplier. Both these companies have the same directors as CNEL, hence joint accounts listing. (ii) Obviously you are a great researcher into this company, and have looked into everything in detail, so no doubt you will be aware of the smaller share holdings of this company. But for the benefit of everyone else who don't have the time to research here are a few details: Vidacos Nominees (9.77% of shares) - Secretary Citigroup, Lynchwood Nominees (7.76% of shares) - Secretary BNP Paribas, Barclayshare Nominees (Barclay). All big investment players no doubt, so why would they be involved in such a dead in the water, useless company? Come on guys, time to stop your crap!
