I agree 💯 Happy, it is just the strange date chosen for the AGM that has similarities to Nemaska. They obviously thought (with advice no doubt) that bad news just before a holiday period was a good time to release. That is why I said the DFS must come out soon (next week and a bit) to reassure this Investor.

Re the date.......all I can say is that the absolute stinking news Nemaska Lithium #1 released was on a similar date and was the demise of the company. Incompetence to the extreme by management and scheming in the background by the sc#m of the earth sold 10's of thousands of shareholders down the river. As you would gather a chunk of my investment (pension)disappeared into the pockets of the not so needy. So you can understand my apprehension at the date announced just before Christmas. The DFS cannot come quick enough as this will give us some security that the company will not be stolen from us at a lowball figure (Nemaska was stolen at no recompense to SH) as the 'Fair Value' condition should give us some protection.

Hi Tenantry and all fellow SH's. It seams this share is in limbo until there is movement in the Norwegian Supreme Court appeals process. This has been referred for a Hearing, and the last news from Nordic was that the appeal was expected to be heard in October, well that target has now slipped as this is not scheduled at least up to 16 November (see link);

With a positive outcome for Nordic Mining in the appeal, the SP could easily triple in a relevantly short timescale. Construction is well underway and on schedule, so as far as I am aware this should be producing by the end of 2024, I can actually see me receiving dividends on this one as part of my retirement in early 2026....GLA

Wol69.... I cannot see our largest SH agreeing to anything other than multiples of their average, which I think was in the region of 4p the last I checked. They have held for a long time, have representation on the BoD and there is no apparent reason for them to change tack now when the project is a better position now than ever before.

If 60 entities have registered interest, we have many options to consider, and with that level of interest, IMO lowball offers are not in the picture at all. Regardless of where they come from

With up to 60 different parties interested in our project it is highly unlikely we could be pressurised into something we didn't want (sale). This is bigger than a local entity, it is a national and pan EU project with a lot global interests in how Europe will transition to a supportive mining regime. We (SAV) are in a very strong position, keep your nerve people, onwards and upwards...
