Would be mad to miss the golden opportunity of a non china off-take. In particular since one of their main existing suppliers of battery materials already have an existing 50% off-take agreement with ALL. So, same chemistry, same transport / logistics arrangements....what isn't there to like?

I believe it was over 3p / share for 10% holding, in addition a 50% off take agreement to help funding. And then WE cancelled.....good call in my opinion.

My opinion on OT would be Tesla as the obvious choice. PLL already have the rights for half the production (Tesla supplier) so makes perfect sense to me the Tesla would secure the other half (same chemistry, same transport)....👍

Ps I will be disappointed if the SP is not in the region of 30-40NOK in a years time (court cases and all going well).... 🙏

Tenantry, what I've read in the past, generally reverse splits are not a good thing for the share price. But in this instance, I think with the project being on the ascendancy, and investors viewing the possibilities of near term future dividends (a year or two), this will attract new money. In addition, institutions are also more likely to invest in something in the tens of NOK rather than low NOK (it's a perception).

So IMO, it's a good thing.... GLA😊

N2S, and the point I'm making is that the ball is in ALL/Gov court. Meet the project milestones (ML ratification & permits), then PLL have to decide if they are in or out, and that would be to ALL timeframe.

And yes the very short term SP warrants not much better than where we are on current standings....GLA

Incidentally, why else would ALL be recruiting mining personnel?

N2S & Gias, ALL are the project management team, not PLL. When PLL talk of FID, I assume they are meaning after the first 70m. That being the case, I do not see any reason whatsoever that ALL timeline (commence construction Sept) does not apply. ALL have already published their plan and will have the finances (100m+28m+70m) to implement. If PLL do not wish to proceed, them I am sure many of the offtake bidders would love to take their place.
