I was a regular at car auctions

I bought ex-police cars as they were v well maintained mechanically but the front seat was often crushed. Big blogs are the police.

But you had to be v careful as some cars had their engines bodged to last just a few miles.

I once bought an MG where the crankshaft broke a few weeks later. When I stripped it down the crankshaft shells had jaw marks on them to hold them in place as the crankshaft were oval where the con-rods join the crankshaft. Had to buy a new engine.

That bitter experience taught me loads.

But they were happy days in the 60's....long gone!

Later some nutter called in and named Johnson and Nadine Doris as TITANS.

When Nolan asked what N Doris had actually done he just sited her proposed sale of channel 4. Nolan replied Nadine didn't even know channel 4 was a profitable Company and funded itself and didn't need any Government funding help. N Doris didn't know her brief and was utterly USELESS !
