I seem to be the only realist here lately. And you all complain when the fud brigade show up following this weekends share price predictions. I posed a question below. The rest is up for debate. I’ve posted SP forecasts lon the past based on FCF estimates, PE ratios and various margins. Actual mathematical calculations. Don’t try to discredit me with nonsense. I’m a shareholder and stand to profit from a higher share price. If a 6p stock can get back to its ATH of 38p that’d be amazing since we have had 25% additional shares issued. We’d need a new ATH or 47p to match the prior market cap.

Not belittling anyone. But you can’t complain about the “derampers” when posts like £5 a share are put here and we’re 6pence.

If I used $10k gold into my FCF calculator what AISC do I use…. Won’t be $1000. The key number is “margin” per ounce plus how many ounces we extract a year, times a PE ratio. That’s rational. 20p is £1bill market cap at the current issued shares. Important that GGP starts earning income as soon as possible.

I’ve shared calculations in the past a few months back. Based on free cash flow estimates. A range of 20p to 80p depending upon margins, output and PE ratios.

You ever wonder why this place has festered the trolls the last 3 years since the ATH… posts like £5 a share are a good reason. Ramping like that during 2020 followed by a 3 year fall is exactly why this place manifests into a kids playground. Sensible valuations based on real numbers is better. Don Durrett has $3.4bill if his parameters are met. Far short of $50bill. I’d love to win the lottery myself and would love to see GGP up 10 fold. But I’m a realist. Perhaps a few here need to settle down.

All shareholders would be very happy to see the return of 20p a share… hopefully this year…

Easy to write a SP target/range on a page. Our reality will be in the context of the sector as a whole we are in. If all gold companies rise 10 fold in value then yes GGP should too. We need to start pulling out gold and copper though. Money flows to the top of the sector, those with earnings and profits

5 or 10 bagging from 6pence will be quite the re-rate…. no?

That is 30p to 60p.

Also the tech sector is not the gold sector. I can’t see goldies being the new tech so that’s wishful thinking IMO.

Nobody knows who is correct … that’s in the future. My point was simple. £1 is £5bill market cap. We are 6pence. Need to 16 bag to get to £1. I’m trying to be realistic as ramping isn’t helpful.

So how do you price “sentiment”?

Market cap needs to be considered versus ASX peers. As per Shaun’s slide. We can we be on that slide is the question. Then work backwards to get the share price.
