If we start here at PE 20 (perhaps 10 is more applicable as per Don Durrett) then market cap range of $2bill to $4bill.

Consider the market cap of GGP at the start of 2020, it was a micro cap company back then. That share price move of 2020 in my opinion will not be repeated again. The very low market cap starting point of say £30mill all the way to £1.5bill by Dec2020 was incredible.

The starting point now is 10 times that at £370mill. There has also been a lot of new shares issued since the start of 2020. So to get back to £1.5bill market cap needs a 4 times share price increase from here. That’s a share price of 29.5pence if no more shares are issued.

Bamps, the PE ratio for NST is 20 so apply that to your profit for a valuation, then convert to GBP, then divide by share count for share price estimate. And 20 could be high by the way.

What happened in 2020 wasn’t based on fundamentals but lockdown. So that won’t happen again IMO like it did.

It’s 7pence currently … £1 offer is not coming. GGP need to buy the farm, produce a bankable FS, the DTM and get the gold out the ground. After which hopefully the share price is up as I hope.

I think many of us here are just after capital appreciation rather then dividends. I want a share price around 30p so I can use the funds. It has been so long already and I am not waiting another 10 years, I may be dead by then, who knows.

Hopefully GGP being in Australia and eventually listed on the ASX as well means that whatever happens in the UK will not negatively impact us

I think you need to consider what Don Durrett said in his interview … and draft a valuation. Don explained his valuation for GGP based on various parameters being achieved. This is why so many are cheesed off here as they held on too long based on the ramping here that GGP is going to the moon, and it didn’t.

To own the farm could mean dilution, we just don’t know yet. Hopefully it’s funded by the banks as I said earlier. I know we all want certainty over the ownership, FS, DTM and first revenue.

That is my point entirely. Nobody should say I want £1.00 a share (say for example) when we are £0.07 a share.

It is sensible to make a calculation of what is a fair market cap value, then divide by shares on issue, and also compare the market cap to peers. Just because someone here said 40p or 50p etc etc that doesn't mean much.

Trippy you like to post numbers without justification. Look at DeGrey.... to secure their recent loan they raised money first, that is dilutionary. Hence their share price not being $1.60AUD ATH despite the market cap being at the ATH.

To buy 70% Hav + Telfer will likely require a raise + debt. We won't know until it happens. I'd personally prefer it all be debt and no raise. Time will tell. If we raise via debt then yes the share price will be much much higher, how high, who knows.

I am not greedy. Greedy is why I did not sell in Dec2020 and I've been annoyed ever since.

I am basing it on my shareholding times £0.30 and what that means. Need a 4 bagger from here to achieve it. Also based on today's share price and share count £0.30 = £1.5bill market cap which is a lot and needs justification. £1.5bill = $2.9b AUD at today's FOREX which is comparable to DEG which is I hope to match.
