Forward looking projections can only be done by making assumptions......... inflation, oil, spot price, inputs, wages, interest rates, etc etc. At least GGP has super solid finance personnel within when building their financial models.

Which country is this SAYE scheme applicable to? GGP live in Australia so their laws apply, not British tax law.

Given the strength, depth and experience of GGPs board and management team I do wonder what is being planned in the boardroom. I can’t imagine too many juniors have such a team as GGP has, it’s very large, too large for a junior without any ambition to scale up multiples from here.

With the employee incentives they’ll lose a big chunk in tax if they sell so this is why I say the staff need well over 20p. I assume they see GGP as a huge retirement plan given they’ve all left huge companies to go to GGP.

Only thing important to me is a much higher share price. The employee incentives are around 10-11pence so need at least double that as a starting point.

If GGP could be in both the GDX and GDXJ at the same time… ideal outcome. If the GDXJ had to sell out well that would be a share price downer.

Good point James "The day we get included in the GDX will be a fun one." If we can buy telfer + havieron and become instant producers then hopefully GGP falls within the GDX radar.

It’s so important for our share price that we buy Telfer plus Hav, get the FS and DTM done, and start mining asap. Plus the ASX listing. We’ve been hit by too many delays the past 2 years. By clearing up all this uncertainty and then informing the market of what our resources are and how much money we can make a year,.. the market can rerate us. 🤞🤞

Evolution Mining has market cap of 7.4bill Aussie dollars and PE 43 as per Google. But it has over about 2,500 employees globally and mines in both Australia and Canada. As a comparison.

That’s why I use De Grey as a comparison since it’s an explorer only in Oz with a market cap of 2.8bill AUD which is about £1.5bill. I’d be very happy if GGP could be rated like De Grey without any new shares issued. Then 30p a share we should be back to.

Currency debasement impacts inflation which impacts the costs for mining as well. The key figure is the net profit after costs. So if the gold price rises let’s hope the costs can be contained to improve profitability.
