Talk to your tax accountant. Personally I want the SP to be as high as possible, tax is not my driving reason.

And so if GGP were listed on two stock exchanges with a large enough market cap to make the top 100 companies for both exchanges, then the pension funds / super funds would be buying, EFTs would be buying, new PI's buying, etc etc and this much higher demand equals significant liquidity and a much much higher share price.

Enjoy paying tax on 10p a share or 30p a share for example.... 10p being on AIM only and 30p on both exchanges.

So use a SIPP or ISA

I'd rather make as money as possible and worry about tax later, not let tax dictate everything.

I am personally voting for a dual listing ..... I even hope GGP moves onto the FTSE exchange. If GGP was both a FTSE100 and ASX100 company the demand for shares would be terrific. And the share price should be multiples higher from here.

Shaun made it clear in his many interviews it is a dual or cross listing. Listing on both AIM and ASX. Access to 2 capital pools. Increased demand for shares.

So the whispers are that Telfer and Havieron have been bundled for sale and that is the reason for the town hall staff call.

Clearly we have to wait and see what Newmont say, but my fingers are crossed for GGP being involved in the deal, in whatever capacity GGPs Board decide is best for GGP.

The new CFO timing bodes well as a clue for me, as to why his skill set is required. Same for all of the recent GGP recruits.... all being bread crumbs to us of what is happening behind the scenes that Shaun cannot discuss until after it is all signed off and Newmont announce.

It is a dual listing on the ASX and LSE, not a move off LSE. You get that right?

Hi Tig. Surely the ASX listing is down the pecking order for the time being. Buying Hav and/or Telfer is the current priority. To list on the ASX 'may require' (I am unsure) preparation of a prospectus and currently this would be impossible to sell GGP to potential ASX shareholders until the other matters are resolved.

Fact is anytime we try and be positive, to look ahead and not back, to look at where GGP could go and what it could be....

... that is when Culpepper and his friends all pop in to dismiss us all, pour crap on us, etc. These people literally sit on this website scouring every post we make just waiting to ruin discussion. They repeat themselves daily/weekly by talking down to us like we have no idea about cash raisings, funding requirements, accretive vs dilutive, etc.

I have no idea why these people are so bothered by us, why they have this god complex whereby they wish to save us, it is unbelievable and they are so unrelenting. It clearly bothers them a lot, Pepper posted around 25 posts just yesterday alone as he preaches to us from his mountain top.
