I posted yesterday that I hope GGP buys Antipa in 2025….. looks like RIO see an opportunity!!

The land they are buying is near Winu which RIO own, and it’s a big parcel of land. Still leaves the land closer to Telfer and Havieron owned by Antipa up for grabs though.

We now own 8.6% of Antipa... plus inherited the existing Antipa - Newmont JVs

They literally have the largest holding in the Paterson outside of the "New GGP". The adjoin most of our territory.

Combining all that land under one banner would provide GGP with plenty of options to feed Telfer.

Also most of their land is under a thin layer of permian cover, unlike Havieron which is under 400 metres of cover.

Matt you come across as naïve or financially illiterate. Consolidation reduces shares on issue and also increases price per share. Also it was mentioned earlier the likes of BP and Lloyds having billions of shares issued, so consolidation may not be necessary.

Looks the Antipa landholding in the Paterson. If GGP can buy them out then GGP would own most of the land. Market cap about £32mill… if you added their land to ours… 💥 💥

Avo-day-off. 💥 the deal has yet to be signed sealed and delivered as we speak so wait for that to occur. Look at the market cap on Google £265mill… you think it makes sense and is accurate?

We need to wait until the new shares are issued and the asset value of the new company is made. The “new GGP” is worth well over £1bill as an operating business when taking into account future cashflow. GGP will be in the top 5 ASX companies via annual ounces produced.

If we use a PE ratio of 10 on annual profit of £200mill then the market cap is £2bill. 15p a share. It’ll take time for the market to digest this acquisition.

PE of 15 is £3bill. 23p a share.
