Adding to Bamps earlier post about the market etc… I’d have thought 99% of investors out there don’t know anything about GGP. Hence Shaun constantly marketing GGP to the world. It will take time for the message to get out there and for new investors to arrive. Better to arrive to the party early rather than late.

Given the Wyloo / Fortescue link to GGP we could see similar to this being implemented

I have posted my views on the SP over the past week. The "new GGP" once all settled is worth at least 15pence (£2bill market cap, AU$4bill). Maybe have to wait until next year though once telfer and havieron resource updates are released, plus the ASX listing. Hopefully I am wrong and 15p comes much quicker.

De Grey is UP again today adding another AU$100mill to their market cap, now valued at AU$3.3BILLION. As mentioned here often De Grey still have to spend about AU$1billion in CAPEX before mining will begin. You can see this on their website https://degreymining.com.au/asx-releases/ they raised a boatload of cash this year plus debt facilities to cover the CAPEX.

In summary, valued AU$3.3billion and needs to spend AU$1bill and 2 years away from revenue.

So what is GGP worth in comparison? As I asked yesterday. Telfer is already in existence, revenue generating. Our biggest CAPEX is AU$800million needed for Havieron which will be incurred over 2 years.

27p will now be £3.5bill market cap with the new shares issued...

The current share price is not accurate though... GGP is worth far more than £360mill market cap. Waiting for the share price reset once the new shares hit the market and a proper fair valuation is given, reflecting Telfer+Havieron.

September 11th is a sad day in history.... it was also the day 2 weeks ago the share price took a tumble.... now up 40% and above the price it was on September 10th. Sprung like an elastic band.

Importantly.... look at gold in Aussie dollars... the functional currency of GGP. All Time Highs!
