Unsure why you've treated the Grant Samuels report from a year ago as your Telfer/Havieron "Bible". It is out of date for one and two it doesn't take into account the current day.

Shaun outlined to a London crowd last week in person what Telfer can do going forward. Do you think he is telling fibs? Decades ahead of Telfer from here to at least 2048 or something I recall Bamps noting. Then add Havieron in the mix.

"There’s still no DFS for Havieron; production is several years away at least, and will require a further £400m or so of capex that is presently unfunded." .... this was covered in the documents, we have new larger debt facilities in place for AU$800mill. Shaun covered this in his interviews as well if you need to listen to what he said.

You need to have an idea in your mind of what GGP is worth… so as not to focus on the current day market cap which is not pricing in all of what we know the “new GGP” is about.

If you believe the market cap is should be £XYZ because in ASX peers other means of measurement…. That’ll tell if GGP is undervalued, fair valued or over valued. Then you won’t fret over the current price as you’ll be a decision on whether to buy, hold or sell

If you perform calculations of what the “new GGP” is worth 15p is sensible. What the market does daily is anyone’s guess. What’s your calculation of market value of the new GGP?

Agree James..... GGP is more 20 years old ... I prefer to listen to Bamps research over this guy. I don't feel he sees the big picture.... he clearly has never been to a Town Hall and chatted with Shaun

How many times do we hear "Havieron style anomalies"..... very easy to write on paper.... hard to actually find in the ground.

GGP was supposed to have these in other tenements like Goliath. How did that pan out. Be careful of the pumpers.
