Essentially Theroemrx don’t have any money as they are a start up so can’t pay anything and that is why the deal hasn’t concluded yet plus the £10k a month figure isn’t accurate but was pulled from the cenkos report and people have ran with it. She said it’s a variable amount depending on works completed that month. She reiterated Val know exactly the progress and are happy and that therm are the best for the job
