I have been in contact with Gordon to log my details - let's fight back for once - I feel that if investors stick together then we might be taken a bit mote seriously. Don't forget we seem to have lost our comms with the company as use to be regular contact.

I agree and I hope that shareholders can resume the communications it had before delisting once this legal battle comes to a close as it is extremely important to show that shareholders should have a say on the companies matters - all this shady stuff is not our doing either and the board need to put this right. I for one will not be happy for a delisted company not to communicate and think it can do what it wants- sorry I know I am ranting!

I think this had always been a speedy investment and like a lot of companies- investors never always know the true pucture. As far as we are concerned, we should and do have some say and waiting for this drawn out legal process, it is up to us collectively to ensure the owners of this company that we do have a voice- it is criminal what some of these companies on aim market get up to and needs to change.

I'll be honest it's a share amongst others of performing - but this guy is now at African Battery and I don't see why he should be running this company and would prefer anyone but to remain as disgraceful performance we should have an egm and get some accountability- trolley fed up with incompetence!

I am invested in JPL and BMR and I've seen seen any shareholder value loads of deals etc and no output. I'm sorry but Colin Bird in my opinion does give shareholder value and maybe too many fingers in too many companies

Well that's me told! I can accept my own mistakes thank you and have an a level in catholic guilt!! It was there for all to see and once we all know about PL it was too late. Sometimes a company can turn around and there was encouraging signs with restructuring the company and also some people were already holding losses- anyway justvfoing to see how this plans out.

When we had contact/updates from the company it felt like we had some form of engagement and I for one, felt some form of comfort in that - somehow we have lost that and we need to regain it quickly!!! Our business is OIL so what gives them the right to be considering investing in some Educational company and I like most here want to know what is the rationale? I think there are probably grounds for a class action and I bet the company will be getting twitchy ! Also when will suspension be lifted? The most important thing here is that we are Shareholders and we only get taken seriously when we join together to say that we are not happy with the way this company has and is being run and we want some form of accountability. Lets start contacting the company requesting dialogue - I know I'll be accused of just firing things up -but we need to take this in our own hands - no one else will.

I think what we are all asking is fairness and accountability- sadly lacking on aim. We make our decisions to invest on the fundamentals of the business and to some degree what we are told by the company. A lot of companies fail due incompetence and corruption and in most cases a combination of both. I never look to short shares I just want to invest in a company that has shareholders interests- there needs to be a general change and regulation- companies can delist at the drop of a hat and then nothing. Sorry for rant just so frustrated with unfairness!!

Thank you for posting that. I spoke to him a previously and was courteous and was more of an update- totally agree and no one should be harassed- however investors have lost a lot of money and this company and many others on aim are very shady to say the least!!

I have seen the contact details for Gordon Bowden and seen a few of his broadcasts on Youtube - I am sure he has information exposing wrong doings but what can we do as shareholders? We all bought into the company based on fundamentals and wildly misleading information from PL and as long suffering shareholders we thought we had turned a corner so may times and never thought it would come to this. I don't see any investor updates/contacts like we had previously - we need to stick together and try and tackle this shameful lot with some form of shareholder action - I know I am shooting from the hip but lets put them on the spot and try and get some form of accountability - certain actions still need shareholder approval!!

So frustrating and wondering it it'll ever break 3p as appears stuck in this range 160 - 240

The company had so much going for it - but stuck in a cycle of 175 -240 ish and can't break 3p

I am trying to keep a positive approach with what's going on and like many I don't know if they will re-list - but even as a private company, shareholders must have some voting rights or say in the company and a trading platform set up to allow shareholders to trade the shares?

I think it would be great to have a shareholder group to make them more accountable! To see how this company has fallen and don't seem to care about shareholders as they are getting paid bit fat salaries at our expense!

Would have thought the share price would have been higher after yesterdays news - just can't break 3p and stuck in a cycle of 2,20 - 2-50 and then lower.
