They might get some refund from Georgia and shares advance ( not ranping) but crippled in debt and they were loaded from last restructure which was meant to be a new start after all these failings - wish there was some justice as totally criminal!!

Well said! Like many others I feel we have been robbed of our investment and this cosy relationship clearly is not in our interests. It really sickens me the way this has been orchestrated and playing down the value of the company - there is no justice with some of these companies. Sorry for my rant as its so common with the cesspit of the AIM.

In order to get HH to reply, it may need more of a collective contact to the company. The problem with a lot of these AIM companies is that they are a law unto themselves and need to be challenged and be accountable. Not sure when the next AGM or request a shareholders meeting. If I were you, I would be contacting the NOMAD for the company or phone HH directly - emails can always be dodged, especially as its in writing - I have phone a few CEO's and have spoken directly.

The board are not exactly reassuring shareholders as the price is dropping like stone - it's not right for them not to respond- this is not just small drop and they should make a statement

I for one wasn't aware of the AGM meeting and thank you for pointing this out for me. I wish there was an army of people attending on the 23rd and do some serious questioning - because the reality is that they will get away with their agenda of undervaluing the assets and not being challenged. I just wish the scales were balanced for once!

I have seen this company over the years and the declining share price - I was wondering with all the restructure would it be considered a reasonably good time to buy an hold?

How did this company get so laiden with loan debt - I recall when they last restructured it wasn't at this level and was supposed to be a new start - just bloody criminal what has been going in here and over such a period of time and never recovered from PL - the aim market is so cancerous.

These scum bag mm's seem to dictating the share price as I've never such potential being manipulated as cannot break this price range and clearly got the assets - while other companies will rocket with jam tomorrow. Anyway rant over

At some point the board whoever's that will be after the court case need to explain these events and we as shareholders need to start demanding that - these lot cannot hide away forever and as I have said before the actions/dealings of the board are not of our doing. As soon as this sorry mess is over we need some communication. We all know this company had history but what has being going is not right and nobody really knows if the board have interests at heart.

God knows what the outcome will be from these Court cases and I understand maybe little they can say, but surely we should be getting some communication from the the board. This all stinks to high heaven and I don't mind saying I have lost confidence with Zaza and i think we need to think about a class action against the company if all is lost, because its their actions alone that have got us here - Sorry for the rant

We gotta challenge him and get shareholders to form a group to demonstrate our unsatisfiion- the problem all along is that there people running companies are not made accountable for their actions I know I am banging the drum here it's just watching your money/going down the drain and these people do not care he should not be running a company I'd no share holder confidence.

Not sure if people have seen this on other company listings where Gordon Bowden investigates and exposes companies transactions. In respect of Range Resources shareholders have contacted Gordon Bowden below and he has arranged 2 venue meetings where shareholders will be attending and will highlight where shareholders have been mislaid with a view to a class action against the company. Gordon can investigate any company and no fee. Might be worth a look because what has happened here is totally scandalous and we might get some justice.

I have registered with Gordon and if nothing else, it made me feel as if i was doing something, rather than lying down and accepting this disgusting treatment of the shareholders in RRL. in general I feel that these Aim companies should be more accountable for their actions and might make others sit up and take notice. When companies are not challenged, they think they have a free licence - RRL shareholders lost some ground here when we stopped getting regular updates from the board.
