If Align provide more clarification of their offer to BOD as requested today, then hopefully this should be considered as a better deal for Shareholders than the Zen offer. Like many here I want answers on the mis-management and totally lack of transparency from the previous CEO's as we shouldn't be in this situation. I think we should be able to view or have a forensic investigation into the accounts - this just goes on too much generally and we need to force the hand here.

We need press Borrelli as this should have been sorted by now - can we have a vote of confidence in him running our affairs. What has gone on here is criminal - sorry for the rant!

I do hope that the more we delve into the company transactions with former management will show how Shareholders have been totally misled. This is typical AIM and it needs addressing with the authorities as how can private investors stand a chance with actions like this.

I have read many messages on this board and its clear that this is a bad deal all round.
We have had two directors leave in suspicious unexplained circumstances.
We have been totally misled by the board - and that's polite.
How and why are we in this position.
Strong concerns on financial irregularities of monies.
Absolutely no confidence whoever is running this company at the moment.
i want the board to explain these details at an EGM
Finally don't vote for this deal and lets voice our dissatisfaction and take some ownership - The BOD do not have Shareholders interest at heart. Cash Shell company how dare they and wont last five minutes until its winded up.

There seems to be enough evidence of financial discrepancies and not sure why it hasn't been referred to the company or AIM'Serious Fraud - anyway just con stocK and so unregulated - just wish for once PI's could make them accountable - but that will never happen as it would need a concerted effort from shareholders. Anyway, I'l take my medicine lol and keep away from this over xmas. Sorry for the rant!!!!!

A very good point and is scandalous what these two have done leaving this company in the state it is. I honestly think we all need to challenge the company on these points, if nothing less to show we want answers and not accepting the company to be slowly channeled off.

You are so right, we are responsible for our investing, but not for deceit and bad management. I think shareholders should demand a full explanation of what has happened and the role and actions of Dave Sexton wholmysteriously left the company

Private investors just don't stand a chance when a company is run by incompetent people and /dodgy dealings and probably a combination of both. There is no accountability here from Sexton who in my mind is totally at fault here- typical aim company Sorry for my rant so disillusioned like everyone with this company .

These lot need to explain and be accountable for their actions because shareholders have been totally misled with all the murky seedy deals. I think it is outrageous that we have not had any communications( understand about Court cases) - to lose your shares due to theft is going to be hard to stomach when many have been invested here for years!

What's this company going to be of all oil assets are sold and not getting anything for Georgia and no explanation for rolling over ? Hope its not more education stuff - no clear direction but the we never did lol

I've been invested here for longer than I can remember and one thing for sure is that CEO hasn't delivered and us Shareholders have nothing to show for it- I think its time for him to go because I honestly don't think he has our interests at heart - big salary and no one to challenge him or it - appreciate might be hard hitting but it's been years here and nothing!!!

Thanks I'm just ratty as was stuck on the motorway - the problem with this company is that you think you've see/heard everything possible and then another curve ball - we are entitled to know, but as we no longer have any investor shareholder contacts with the company, we can only speculate!

Totally agree and most people here do. We acknowledge the BOD maybe restricted on what they can say but there must be business as usual behind the scenes - if this goes belly up its theft and is their mess that we are in the position.

Just looking through some posts where people feel/think we have been shafted - not sure myself to be honest - but let's say if we were and there is evidence of holding back production information etc - I would like to think we could bring the directors to account - all this mess is their mulky fault and stealing our future/shares should be challenged vigorously- like many so fed up with this.

I know they can't discuss much with these court cases but we are still producing /operating. Like most people here I am very concerned with the sheer disregard for shareholders and let's remember all this mess is boardroom related and not our fault!! I don't know who to trust anymore and these so called directors are accountable to the shareholders - we should be contacting them for updates and not let them think they can do what they want - which is what they are doing!!
