Personally I wouldn't buy if delisting and share reorganize - up to you as it seems pretty clear to me and not many return once delisted

It's good to see shareholders taking things into their own hands (not taking anything away from BMR watch - how do I join/add my name?) Let's not forget what the two "B's" have done to this company with the false promises -open theft!!!
I think the letter will show if nothing else that we are not going to get pushed around and to treat us with some respect. If we strike first then we are setting our stall out and not waiting for low ball offer.

It feels so frustrating for BMR shareholders as we are like sitting ducks waiting for Bird/Borrelli to make their move and we have little say. Could some form of letter be sent to them to settle this for once and for all?

I know i am shooting from the hip but todays announcement has really anoyed me and the company has a grass hopper attitude to investing - think we shoud be able to have a company conference call to discuss shareholder concerns!

i was considering before today's announcement about averaging down - but it takes a lot for me to say this, I have no confidence in the BODS thinking - the UOG shares are considered undervalued and long term growth - they are all over the place and no proper strategy - need to get rid of this lot!

If the statement is correct we have sold out of UOG and doesn't make sense if so - unless its a false statement.

I welcome the news today and ordinarily I would feel quite positive- but I am cautious in relation to other investments here especially Oyster as it seems to have fallen by the wayside. They just need to deliver!

When is someone going to take the BOD to task for a total lack of shareholder value - the guy must does what he wants - shame we can't get rid!

For those not happy with this deal me included we can exercise our no vote - see the bod of KIBO tried another share consolidation and didn't go through so occasionally shareholders can make a stand.

Thank you Willec - share price that's the golden question but I can see both rising but will only do so with results - just think Cerp should be a higher valuation and should be interesting to see how it unfolds.
