It just amazes me why we put up with non performance generally over the years.

Thanks i do remember that one and was a good day for the PI's. These lot however seem a different box of tricks especially whey they are registered- we should have noticed the loan structure of bondholders - i often how do they sleep at night and worryingly probably very well - they won't even engage with shareholders as we would unravel their deceit.

Our investment will have been taken away from us. The company are more bothered in protecting bond holders (and we should have smelt a rat) as they have most protection if the company goes into administration. Remember this us our money and not the company's!!

We are stronger together and we should give the board a good grilling because they do not care for the private shareholders. I want a forensic investigation into their dealings and some accountability for their incompetence.

Just seeing where we stand if this is no longer trading?

I have never seen so much contempt from a BOD towards its shareholders. Its truly disgusting watching your investment down the pan with a bod more aligned to bond holders in protecting their interests.

I agree you can't blame ceo if not commercial - but how can we justify paying someone a grand a day for non performance- it should be a time for change and should be more performance related.

We should've got out when they done this type of finance as they have protection over shareholders.

I think the BOD are a total disgrace and a very good example of not how to a run a company!!!

If we manage to survive there should be pressure in removing AM from the board as the company needs a fresh reset and have lost the total trust of shareholders!

Why are the board not apologising for their messs rather than some white wash RNS. The senior lender or whoever should insisting in removing Arthur and other directors who are clearly not acting in shareholders interest!! Total mismanagement of the company!@

You can't trust the management either - appalling performance from the man with too many hands in other pies!!

We need a proper clear out of this management- im so angry and know other shareholders feel the same.

I'm sure most 8g us are fed up with the BOD in general and we should request an EGM ?

and see if we can someone else to run this company.
