PREM is not selling anything, they have to give everything to their Chinese backers for at least the next year to pay off the whopping debt, George said himself that the plant would take some time to ramp up to anything near full capacity, then they have to use whatever's left to save up for a real plant. There wont be any “profits” in PREM for at least 2-3 years

Meanwhile KOD will be turning over £480m per year from next year with ZERO debt.

I think its all to do with the Pilot plant UpToNoGood, a few people have just realised its going to take 3 years to get to a fully functioning plant and its triggered every investors period at the same time.

So lets be “super optimistic” and say the pilot plant is a success, the loan is paid back over 6-12 months. How is PREM then funding a £140-£300m plant?

I’ll tell you how, they are going to…

A) take YEARS to save the funds
B) debt financing, that will take YEARS to pay
C) sell 25-50% of the project in a similar deal to KOD

What really pulls my beard (and i dont have a beard) is this “unicorn and rainbows” story you and ACKER are painting on the PREM board. Its misleading investors.

Here at KOD we say yes, Mali is not the best jurisdiction….but its ok. And yes, we’d prefer not to wait 12-15 months….but we are ok with it, we live in the real world. Over on your patch its all “maximum output from the get go, £250m a year from a test plant (lmao) and £1.4bn mcap tomorrow!” Its nonsense and new investors are going to get hurt when it takes far more money, and far more time than the pretty picture you are painting them.

I think sebo’s comment stands, the infighting in mali is just that, political instability does not always impact business. When Ireland and Northern Ireland went at it for decades it not like McDonalds had to shut shop, businesses just plod along in the background.

If it was rebels claiming territories or land ownership rights that would be different, but i just see two parties squabbling for overall control, much like western countries, just a bit more “vigorous”

In 12 months KOD will be making £40m a month from a fully functioning DMS plant, where as Prem will take a whole year to pay back a £50m loan, and still only ha e a pilot plant at the end of it, so thats an expectation of making just over £4m a month for at least 3 years until a full plant is built.

KOD nothing Yr1, then £40m per month for 2years
PREM £4m per month for 3 years (first year goes to debt)

Do the math, and they still think they are ahead. (Face in lap)

Just imagine the pandemonium if PREM release an RNS in a few months: “after 3 months throughput the initial results unfortunately confirm that the resource is uneconomical to mine, we have therefore decided to abandon the pilot plant and peruse other deposits that may yield higher grades and thicker intercepts.” PREM bombs 90% in a day.

Im not saying it will, but the sheer fact that that is a real possibility is why I am here, and not there. Seen it too many times on AIM, some CEO’s talk like politicians, making PI’s believe they know what they are doing when they are actually winging it for a pay check. This is the feeling I get from George Roach

We, however slow and methodical it may have been, have gone about it in the correct manner, find a depost - prove a resource - deliver feasibility - raise funds - build a mine, and while it has been mind numbingly boring at times, Bernard has done exactly what he promised “when we deliver something we want the market to be very pleased with what we have done”, the JV, subject to completion, provides a watertight route to production, and eye watering profits GUARANTEED, coupled with an exploration programme on steroids!

One thing is for sure, 2023 is going to transform a lot of patient investors lives.

Thanks Jonny, I think im going to add some more KOD to my PF next week. If you are invested in PREM perhaps all the smart people are coming here, including “Sprott asset management Lithium fund”, but im sure they’ve got it wrong…….what do they know eh!

What a gift these prices are, for those savvy enough to take advantage of it, and smart enough to wait for the inevitable re-rate.

In my opinion it’ll be 0.45-0.5p when Mali and China sign off on it, 0.5-0.6 when the deal is completed, and move onto 0.6-0.8p as drilling ramps up.
