It’s now 2/3 of the way through the quarter and Brent crude price probably averaged close to $90.

It was my Uncles Mother so a distant relative.
So I was really there for him.
She was 95 and I always thought she would get a Telegram from the Queen.
It just shown how things turn out.
But it was an excellent service, just perfect
I got a laugh from my Uncle when I said I had been trying to work out what relationship she had to me, as he is not a blood relative.
I decided she was my Gran In-Law.
A title I thing deserves more recognition.
You all did a good job on getting sp back above £5.
There is a certain number of times it crosses £5 before it sticks there.
If only we knew that number.

Maybe today £5 will return.
I have a Funeral today in Aberdeen ( 3 hrs away).

Part 2
I also was looking at a graph of the BP ADR which hit a new 52 week high again today.
It also shows a very positive rising sp.
However it also could be repeating the pattern from June with a short rise and a very sharp fall.
This may be why some people are expecting a fall in sp.
I believe the fall in June coincided with lower volume buybacks..
So my conclusion was
1) as long as OPEC look after the oil price.
2) and buybacks continue till results day in Feb with higher volume on down days.
We might see the up trend continue.
I’m not a Chartist.
I just like rising charts.
This is just my personal opinion and is not a buy or sell recommendation.

I’ve tried to post this twice and each time it fell over just as I got to the end.
So I have split it into 2.
I was looking today at a 2 year graph of sp.
It looks like a classic rising share price higher highs and higher lows.
Everything in the garden looks rosey

It just shows how useful the advice on this board is and how broad our knowledge front is.

Home improvements going well.
At a bit of a lull just now waiting on builder coming out to price converting old conservatory into garden room.( to be done March)
Builders still very busy despite this recession we keep hearing about

Just realised there is another reason trading account looks so bad.
I sold the ones in profit earlier for home improvement.
Oops

Just been looking at my share accounts and ISA.
All my shares in my ISA are in profit or only showing a small loss.
The shares in my trading account are some of the same shares.
Theses however are all showing loses ( except BP) some of the loses are a fair size.
Just really proves it’s when you buy that counts.
Think ISA befitting from regular top up during covid drop.
