Why do people think that we suddenly need good comments. Ffs the CEO has only just taken over the company. Do you really think that he is going to suddenly say hey ho its ok I’ve turned the company round and we are doing really well now. A company this size will take 3-5 years to get out of the hole they are in. Seem to be a lot that want to make a big profit in a few weeks. It ain’t gonna happen.
everyone talks *******s on here, you need to do your own research and then you can’t expect everything is going to be rosy all the time. i have seen lth where there wives have worked for rr and they have said it will hit £10.00 this was around 2019 then pandemic. look where we are today. research it and don’t take any notice of others. if you need the money don’t invest, this share is for lth
Don’t hold your breath with these, only my personal opinion but we(Britain) let our best Nuclear scientists and engineers go many years ago. Lack of investment in the industry and guess what we let France and China do the work that we had pioneered from since WW2. You bet bet all the tea in China anything to do with Nuclear will go out to tender and they will get a big chunk of it because they now have the technology and engineers that we once had. Please don’t think of me as a pessimist my wife and I have £70k tied up in RR so I’m hoping I am wrong. GLA Let’s hope for a green day today.
Yes, averaging is ok but anyone who bought 5 years ago at around 60 p will still be losing money. It’s a nonsense saying only if you sell and watch your SP go down and down. Of course the opposite is if you bought after 2008 at around 22p then your quids in.
Yes, I think your right on most points, regarding the rejoining of the EU, it was made quite clear that if we leave we leave for good. No return. The only good thing about this share is the dividend but if the sp drops anymore then the dividend gets wiped out.
Difficult to know what to do, sell buy or hold. 50% say it will go down and the rest say up. I was 10k up a few weeks ago and now only 1500 up. P/e over 70 is not good due to debt, No divi. China recovering. I just don’t know which way to go. I do know I have a lot tied up in RR
I had same, had a guy from there private banking took my £275000 portfolio because i didn’t have time to manage it anymore and returned to me about £150000. Had a meeting with them at the bank and all they offered me was £1000 and a years free trading. I should have gone to fsa but didn’t.
