The word "positive" in the RNS could be the key. It is not there without a reason especially after the many accusations of a lot of hype that "trapped" people into deep positions. jmo

If Te10 comes good, they will have many incentives to go for Te11 unless a(conditional) deal is already inked. The comfort with Te10 would trigger some nostalgia to the old days/expectations.

This confirms at least two things: 1. There is gas. 2. A major with big pockets can unlock the full potential better.

one would guess that this time, they would rush with an RNS if there is any sign of being a duster to avoid any "accusation".

in theory, comms with RNSs for casing points... is less prone to leakage than without.

Hope T10 brings something cause the production path/idea is not sustainable. IF 10 and 11 are dusters, the Moroccans would be better off paying Sound and taking over everything cause otherwise sound would be just an additional "management" cost (what is their role then?) since Enagas would be doing the operations. JIMHO. .

It will be a dangerous move to announce such a strategy shift at a time when the BOT with the Spanish company is not finalized (financing...).

GSA is important but it does not solve things. What a potential (hope there is one) buyer is willing to pay for the assets/company (even with GSA in place) is what probably PIs are interested to know.

The drop of the SP has caused a lot of damage; money and probably health for PIs and reputation for JP and his team in addition to impacts on the Moroccan image as a possible new HC province. If the CC and FSC don't come up with something new and reliable, things could even go worse. JP should clearly state what is the message that he still wants to share with PIs. In particular, PIs are likely to be looking for nothing less that what is an exist strategy for a 3 dusters. JP can salvage his reputation if he can have a reliable plan. At least people wont be saying that what was alluded to as possible discussions with interested buyers was just a hype. Hope he will deliver.

Shpunken, you are right but the Moroccans would like to see some positif stuff coming from this and as such, they might be flexible in timing to help. But it is just a guess
