He is greedy and his behavior (TP, inflating salaries, no accepting to change his lifestyle/salary why many many PIs and their families are bleeding tells you that this guy "religion" is money. As such, the "mafia" JV arrangement he is orchestrating is just a way to allow behind doors agreements for a few at the expense of the majority. As you said, it is unlikely that Sound would be part of the GSA deal. From a risk perspective, ONEE cannot sign with SOU. Even with the delivery failure clause, ONEE cannot trust the financial "strength" of Sound for this clause to bite.
So from both things above, doesn't this allude to the fact that preparations are done for someone else that ONEE can trust (at least from a credit risk perspective)? I know it is just hoping but JP has driven us crazy. Shame on him.

Jobb, for a GHV=1000 btu/scf, the price is around 7.93 and for a GHV=950, the price is you mentioned 8.35. Any public info that the GHV is closer to 950 than to 1000? 950 is somehow very lean gas but it could be.

I am sure that many people are suffering because of how things turned out. From expectations of 1000p to 7p, the suffering gradient is so big that the like of JP et al cant and are not interested to understand. Hope your friend family situation will change to the best.
