if a major is interested in Solg, they will not allow it to be built by Solg cause it will be inefficient during construction and operations; Solgold may rely on an EPC firm but the scope of work, phasing, technology choice..et..., all that is not solgold expertise.

I dont know how there contract is drafted, but since the value of solg should increase in time, the guys have a double incentive to keep getting the retainer/regular payments/fees while waiting longer for a sale event.

There should be someone from Solg who looks at this BB. Some PI talk to them. So they can see that there is some confusion and ambiguity. No doubt they can address some of that in a way or another, so the message is passed through to the market. Difficult to think that this confusion is part of the strategy.

It all depends on when NM sees a good rerate or a monetization event happen. if he is confident, can he loan the shares with a profit-sharing agreement up to a certain SP level?. He could then have flexibility although with some costs.
