CP fair point, I think my concern is there is an imminent piece of information and the market is not reacting like it is game changing. What do they know or think that I am missing? How long to I keep my holding at point of EWT RNS, things along that line. With my other investments it is pretty easy going. FTC, looking good, SFOR, takeover imminent, not much downside risk etc, but this one, it truly is heaven or bust.

CP, you cannot trade HE1 at the present time. I have a LTH and I am anxious about what is or is not happening. My concerns are raised by the lack of large buy in at this stage. If it’s all de-risked, where are the ‘investors’ ?

The concern has to be, how do they get from here to there and I expect the market today reflects that?

I agree CP we are not going to do 26 million by 1630, however much we wish it to be the case. Appalling volume for a Friday and imo reflects the anxiety about lack of news.

Chesh, that 5.3 was pre the most recent dilution. If you take that into account HE1 fair price sits around 3.6p

Just did dummy trade for 10 mill, quoted 1.44 to sell in one go and 1.5 to buy in one go.

You have to wonder why the advertised is so wide and the actual is narrower, what’s in it for the MM?

If it starts true to form there will be a flurry early afternoon and then a little interest 1600 onwards. They keep the spread wide to deter some. Who would pay 1.5p when they lose 7% the minute that happens? Not me.

CP, I think your view is very reasonable. We know they will need money at point of EWT, as a prospecting company their choice is extremely limited.

They may keep the ask at 1.5 but they are moving the bid around from 1.4 to 1.45 this week. That tells me they have enough stock. Some of the MM’s this week did not change their opening prices throughout the day. Not a great sign imo. I suspect the market will want some results prior to further investing. At the moment I see the situations as this.

A) great results, huge spike then quick profit taking for fear of dilution to pay for the next stage. Compnay gets loan for next stage, increased SP due to investor confidence.

B) great results, large spike but with no mention of future fundraising, meaning quicker profit taking as risk of dilution still ever present.

C) bad results, massive dip in share price that might recover on news of drilling the other licences and dilution required so share price will remain low

D) great results accompanied by buyout. Initial elation and spike in SP but quickly followed by shareholders realising they will not get a vote as company registered in BVI and as AIM admiration notice sets out, shareholders do not have the same rights as for companies incorporated in the UK. Difficult to offload shares and very lengthy process ensues.

E) great results, large spike then JV details released. further market reaction dependent on that deal. Big money or screwed over?

Any one who thinks this is an acceptable way to behave on a public BB need to have some equality training.
