I cannot see them releasing an RNS on a Friday before a BH weekend? I think tomorrow there will be a sharp increase in MCAP as people take a 'punt' position. EWT have to be next week, surely?
Toffers, they would just delist from AIM if to their advantage and then shareholders have to deal with Company Incorporated in BVI under their rules. I am not saying they will do that, however don’t be under any illusion that you or I will have a say.
Toffees, they have to have a companies house record. That’s what you have there. They are Incorporated in BVI. They operate under the Companies act BVI.
HE1 are registered in BVI, look at the Admission to AIM document. Shareholders do not have the same rights as a UK incorporated company. Anyone invested should be aware of that document.
Is there anyone on here who can explain what’s in the latest images in X? Do they give any insight into how they are conducting it and whether they indicate what stage of the EWT was photographed?
Grow more, I am thinking they are compromised by insider info and so can’t fully take advantage, or playing it cool in the background because they have a huge holding to offer?
