Why would you announce placing to buy into Galactica and then announce a further placing to pay for next steps a week later.

If there was a placing needed they would sorted it out at the same time as the raise for Galactica.

I believe the radio silence is due to massive workload to get ML sorted and ongoing JV/Buyout negotiations.
