How does the Price Action today illustrate this, odd.

Today however PMUR have updated their Bid/Ask at 0909.

PMUR currently 0.95/1.35 and have not played all week, just posted the same bid/ask pre-market and sat there. This suggests to me that they are stepping out to prevent allegations of 'insider' knowledge.
