It is worth remembering that a well cost in Colorado is circa USD 100,000. So even if there were a clause in a future binding agreement saying any cost per well above USD 450,000 would be shared equally it is a moot point.

I am only interested in what HE1 have said to the market (that is what binds them legally in the UK). In our RNS there is no mention of any obligation to pay any additional funds to BNL for our 50% acquisition of the Galactica project. As Folio has already posted, read the 27 August RNS.

They have not exposed themselves to costs, just put up the money to get an entitlement to 50% of the profit. The risk is that there will be no profit and therefore they will have 50% of nothing.

HE1 have NO exposure to costs incurred by BNL in the Galactica project.

That’s not correct Blubay. HE1 have put up for 50% of the profit. They hold no shares in BNL, they have no exposure to losses incurred. The only risk to HE1 is no profit, so nothing to show for investment.

Maybe read the document and the whole thread before commenting?
