Hi there spud - agree the debt payments require larger revenues to support it. As things stand without Islandmagee or further significant contracts (£50M plus) I would place current value bearing in mind 162M shares (16.2Bn in old money) at £15-20M or around 9-12p.
The Fleet Solid Support ship project consisting of 3 logistics ships supporting aircraft carriers with a value of £1.6Bn we know has been ongoing for quite some time now. And in the running as we know are -
"Team UK,” which includes Bab**** and BAE Systems;
“Team Resolute,” which includes Northern Ireland shipbuilder Harland & Wolff and British naval design company BMT;
Indian shipbuilder Larsen & Toubro teamed with Leidos Innovations, a UK-based business of the Reston, U.S.-based Leidos group; and
Serco, the British support services provider, and Dutch shipbuilder Damen.
Team UK and Team Resolute’s bids have been widely touted"
"The final set of bid documents were delivered to the Ministry of Defence in July, with the preferred bidder being announced in Q4 2022"
We are now in the window for this to be announced. Bearing in mind the likes of Bab**** and BAE are reported as running near full capacity for work, I'd say we have a 60% chance of being successful.
All the other ongoing contracts are nice and 65-75m revenue by FY 2022 is a good start along with a significant increase in forward backlog position of £100M, but the FSS project is what would transform the company for good.
