Stokey - the warrants have a 60 month expiry so in theory they have a period of 5 yrs in which to exercise them plus they can be exercised in various amounts at any time depending on what the warrant holders decide to do.
In theory just a few high volume days on the back of the FSS announcement if it's in our favour would be sufficient for them all to be exercised without having any real effect on the SP.

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - "The European Union risks falling short of some 30 billion cubic metres (bcm) of gas during the next storage filling season in 2023, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Wednesday."

"Russia may decide to disrupt completely its gas supply to Europe. Secondly, the global LNG capacity will not grow fast enough to fill this gap. And thirdly, growth in Asia may absorb most of this additional LNG," she told the European Parliament."

We only have to wait till the lights go out my dear which, given the JR has been pushed back to January - there's a good chance of that happening between now and then, so the delay by your friends from the No Gas Caverns et al is very beneficial to us ;))

It's been known for over a week that the National Flagship project was getting dropped. It was never seen as a serious project that would ever happen and not priced in, is that the best you can do lol

Judicial review over Harland & Wolff move pushed back

Eco-organisations No Gas Caverns and Friends of the Earth Northern Ireland are battling Stormont over its decision to let Harland & Wolff create a huge undersea gas storage facility near a popular Game Of Thrones filming location."

Not confirmed yet but there's talk on telegram that the JR may be getting heard in Jan now as opposed to end of Nov?
Looks like last ditched attempt by the nimby's to delay things one more time lol or maybe they need more time to try and strengthen the weak case they have eh?
They'll soon be crying energy security or lack of when they see the lights go out but one thing's for sure - the project and the need for it gets stronger by the week.....

Wouldn't be too concerned. They can only sell once anyway - unless of course they try buying back in again which will likely be at a higher price :))

Preferred Bidder announcement is due Q4 2022 so literally anyday now :))
