Not only will lvcg have the fundamentals to support a much higher share price, all these IP, licensing and multi year deals are valued way more than the value being ascribed at the moment.

Jason Lee will have pumped £2 million in cash into lvcg by the summer. That’s nearly 40% of the market cap. His average is already more than 3p and he will be the biggest shareholder at the end. Go figure.

That £500,000 annual recurring risk free payment is more revenue than the majority of aim shares generate in a lifetime.

So start art was independently valued at £5.5 million last year and is already in profit. Plus there has been new physical shows added which shows a route to growth. And today they announce an annual £500,000 payment with zero risk on a new start art branded “coin” which adds to the profit. That’s makes the start art division valued at more than the entire company. Plus there’s the NFT side of the business to properly launch too.

Wow. So Jason Lee wasn’t just working on NFTs.

Well for those that think “the market” is an efficient valuer of companies, suggest you take a look at IMMO today. They have just sold their profitable arm of their business for $25 million. That’s enough to return 3p to shareholders, buy the option shares from the ex Directors at 3.65p and retain £6.5m in the business. Its market cap is just £9m and a share price of 2.2p and people have been selling for the whole of the last few months. Yesterday shareholders there were in total despair.

Compare the 4 divisions of LVCG

Bricklive. Aquired for over £9 million. Costs reduced massively, has circa £6m in stock and over 28 touring sets plus the commercial rights for building sets for some of the most valuable children’s IP on the planet, and rights to host bricklive tours. Recovering post covid and on the figures from the accounts should be profitable this year.

StarArt. Independently valued at £5.5m last year. Growth path outlined very clearly and being executed. Moving into the digital space very soon. Already profitable.

LCSE. Contracts in cycling etc mean it’s roughly breakeven already. Management. Fee of €350,000 a year for the 10 year contract secured to host formula e in Cape Town with 100% of the commercial sponsorship rights. Ocean race, efest, golf and conference business growing. Promotional company shares have increased in value by over 500% since acquired.

KPOP. Already profitable from just one successful concert last year. If both days had been filled it would have been close to £1m profit for LVCG. Merchandising, streaming and sponsorship all growth areas. Now 3 (multi year) festivals on the books and in advanced stages to hold another 2 and in discussions to hold even more around the world.

Imo each one of these divisions alone is worth more than the current market cap of £5/6 m.

Confirms what I postulated that the mini-overhang has gone.

Over 56% is held by TR1 holders and 30% of shares not in public hands, so not much free float and the MMs are not keeping much stock on their books.

I agree that we need more numbers from them JS, but in the absence of that we have to interpret from the info that’s out there. And there are numbers out there in RNS’s, although of course we want to see more detail.

I take the point about the frustrations pmmbns1, but there was that little thing called covid that very significantly affected the business. Im prepared to blame DC for loads of things, but holding him to account for the whole pandemic seems a bit of a stretch even for the most frustrated of us.

But the biggest thing for me is it’s one thing to have a market cap of over £50 million and hope that the valuation comes (and it was coming just on the bricklive division if you look at the previous brokers notes).

But the company is a totally different beast now with four divisions in growth areas, and despite the narratives some are trying to spin, there is more activity on the books than there has been at any time in the company’s history. That’s worth way more than the current tiny market cap of just over £5 million. IMO each division of the company is worth that on its own never mind as a whole. Just £500,000 of profit this year will support that valuation.

Agree HL it was almost all buys this morning before 11:25, which gave liquidity for the MMs to sell 405,000 in round number trades. The fact that the last trade was for 55,000 indicates to me that’s the last on their books from that minioverhang. Go back to 5 Jan and of the 1.7 contractor shares issued, if you take off Sarah and the new CFO shareholdings (she already had about 300k) then there were circa 750,000 outside of PDMRs. 400,000 were sold last week, so with the 405,000 this morning that all tallies IMO.

JS my revenue figure estimate for bricklive is based on both of the previous brokers notes (which were quite detailed) and cross referencing to the annual reports vs activity.

Been mainly buys for the first half of the morning, then the (round number) sells are IMO the last of the mini-overhang from the contractors shares. So hopefully we see an Howard’s move soon as well as them releasing the news we are expecting.

Well you certainly can’t fault the team in Cape Town, they are getting onto all the media channels. Loads of publicity.

City of Cape Town spokesman is expecting 53,000 spectators and predicts a 2 billion rand (£94 million) economic benefit to the city. No wonder they paid for all the track upgrades and are happy to support the disruption.

“When will the share price rise?” How can anyone answer that? And on aim shares its not always the lack of financials or non issue of an RNS that seems to make a difference. Todays top riser for example had no news, is down over 99% has a CEO that is miles worse than DC, has had constant placings (indeed there are the equivalent of nearly 300 billion shares in issue there). All it will take here IMO is for a little bit of interest and the price will move very quickly. It’s very illiquid with very little free float so while selling will get you a crap price, it will be hard to buy in quantity when sentiment returns. As with all aim shares, the best time to buy is when it’s quiet and at the bottom. Yes as JS and KNIGEL point out you could apply that logic to lots of aim shares at the moment, but there aren’t many that are revenue generating and with a market cap that’s so out of kilter with the prospects. There is clearly a big run of news coming (I’ve listed those last week) and that’s before we really understand what Jason Lee and his team are up to in StartArt.

The share price may not have reacted to those pieces of news, but my point to HL is that it’s false and misleading to claim there’s been no news. The bricklive contract announcements would have added over £300k revenue this year! And the Madrid concert and renegotiated SBS will have added to the revenue substantially too and the RNS did actually include some numbers on that. The prospects for this year are therefore already materially better than 2022.

It’s false and misleading to claim there’s been nothing on lvcg, the operational update, additional KPOP concert in Madrid, new SBS contract and the bricklive new contracts all announced this month are testament to that. And anyone selling when there’s no volume gets a crap price on illiquid shares, as you have just confirmed. But given you have been trolling lvcg for ages, to sell at a close to 52 week low is hardly “genius” trading. Meanwhile Jason Lee is planning to invest another £750,000 at 3p. But good luck to you HL, you are going to need it in dark IMO.

Good luck HL, but you will have to forgive me if I’m slightly sceptical about “better prospects elsewhere” given that the share you bought (dark) when you sold lvcg is significantly down (and you are surprisingly quiet about that).

There are over 200 artists, like Tacho Kim (below) who has one listed at 216,000,000 KRW (£141,000). I’m sure that at one investors presentation they showed a new model for artists listing on the site at various levels that went up to £1200 a month. That’s could be a tidy income on top of the commission. Then there’s the digital side of the business and whatever else Jason Lee is working on.
