Can lvcg reach 15 to 20p? Share price predictions without any back up are just meaningless. But if it turns around and makes an actual profit this year, and the selling pressures from the short term loan and PM are removed, there’s no reason it can’t. It would be good to know why PM were selling. Was it because it’s the end of year and we’re liquidating some capital across all their positions, or because of the short term loan?

With circa 250m shares in issue and based on a P/E of 10, they need £2.5m profit to justify a share price in double figures. Until the brokers note comes out it’s all mainly educated guesswork with the odd reference point from previous accounts and RNS to back it up.

Bricklive should at least break even this year, maybe even a small profit. Costs have been cut and business is getting back to normal.
StartArt EBIT of £1.5m this year. The £500k annual recurring licence fee should ensure that target is met. That should offset the central operating costs.
LCSE a £0.5m profit. Cycling washes the face of LCSE, so the FE and ocean race plus a cut of minor sponsorship should give a small profit.
That makes it all about KPOP. Japan will give $1m(£0.83m), if Frankfurt is sold out that’s another £0.9m, Madrid is only 1 day so £0.5m and London somewhere between Frankfurt and Madrid so £0.7m. So that’s almost £3m from those 4, up to £4m if there’s another Japan concert. Then the potential from sponsorship, live streaming and merchandising. Take off whatever you think the costs are, but there’s no reason they can’t deliver between an overall £2 to £5 million profit this year IMO.

Any sign of that,backed up by a detailed analysis in a brokers note and any sign of a change in the narrative on short term cash issues, and removal of the selling pressures, and lvcg will turn around.

In fact it was the company themselves that complained to admin and had them deleted. Personally I’d be embarrassed to show my face having tried scamming my fellow private investors like that, but each to their own :-)

Seems that riosurfer just dosen’t want to give up misleading and is now suggesting that the brokers note isn’t independent because DC has “seen” it. Seriously mate, get a life. What would you prefer, a note based on no interaction with the company, or one that is based on actual figures.

And I’ve still got asimpletw @t filtered, and with all the green boxes, seems the random drivel generator is generating an awful lot . Can anyone tell me why the number of gepreen boxes keeps reducing? Could be because he keeps breaking the posting rules? But as JS says, my own predictions on formula E for this year is a very small profit if anything at LCSE divisional level based on their fees, share of partner revenues and small level of sponsorship this year. Much more next when they land title sponsorship.

I unfiltered simple (wish I hadn't because he dosen't half post a lot of drivel). Given you take a big interest in what I say, I'll clarify exactly my shareholding here. I was clear that I have a shareholding that', enough for me to have the right to attend AGMs. The emphasis is on "a". I'll return to a bigger position if the position on the mezzanine finance provider changes.

Anyone looking in should remember this is the guy that dosen’t even know how a share price is actually calculated and that he claimed to have owned 4.3% (10 million shares) of the company.

And to counter your other assertion that Frankfurt 22 was a “disappointment” and by extension will be too this year no doubt, if you do some actual research and calculations based in the information supplied by the company, if it had sold out the profit (to lvcg) would have been close to £1m IMO. That’s consistent with them settling for $1m fixed fee for Japan in lieu of a profit sharing formula. Provided they get a good line up for Frankfurt 23 it will sell out IMO. Remember that Frankfurt 22 was their first foray into this KPOP format, something that didn’t even exist in the company 6 months before that, and there are now 4 of these festivals on the books for this year, with the promise of more to come. ??Frankfurt 22 sold 65,000 tickets over 2 days at an average price of €86. It generated an overall £160,000 profit and in addition lvcg recovered £137,000 staff costs. I understand that the initial cost contribution for last year is to be recovered too, but I’ll discount that. The 2nd day was a bit last minute.com, plus this was conducted just out of covid and the line up was messed around a bit because monsta x decided to stay on in the USA an extra day so only came for the 2nd day before heading to start their national service. That drove up the costs for the 2nd day, especially for the acts, and the short notice meant that the 2nd day didn’t reach capacity. If the 2nd day had sold out the total capacity is 86,000 for 2 days, giving an additional 23,000 ticket sales at an average of €86 = €1.978m or £1.76m giving an additional profit share of £880,000 to LVCG (as the costs for both days would have stayed the same the same). So that’s a £960,000 profit to LVCG if the 2nd day had been sold out. Plus with more tickets sold that would have meant more merchandise sales. ?
As I mused yesterday, anyone can post whatever they want, but don’t be surprised if you are subsequently called out for posting false and misleading information. We are all waiting in the numbers, which will hopefully come in this long awaited brokers note. It’s been promised again for March, no doubt delayed to take account of the Japan deal which gives a guaranteed $1m per year for the next 4 years.

Meanwhile, you suggested that they sold the tickets for Cape Town at a significant discount in order to sell out. Not only do you not have any evidence for your assertion, but there is evidence to the contrary. Cape Town sold out, and it sold out at the price of the tickets that were advertised. You can try and deflect and distract, but you deliberately posted false and misleading information.

Sorry riosurfer, but there’s zero evidence that any of the tickets were sold at any discount. Indeed Ian Banner was on podcasts leading up to the event going on about the tickets, and if you look on ticketmaster the tickets were selling steadily. Costs were 525rand per seat and the average ticKet would have been more than 2000 rand. Plus the hospitality, which sold out first, was over 4000 rand a ticket.

£10m would be nice EOA, but I suspect this year is a bit of a stretch. They get a management fee of €350,000 and I understand 10% of partner revenues (E.g. tourvest) plus a % of sponsorship and from previous presentations they get a cut of the ticket revenue. Plus they get a cut from the E movement pty who are the promoter. But it’s hard to pull that all together and details are a big light. In past interviews DC has talked about £1.2m a year, although that excluded any ticket or other revenue. Then who knows what they get from the efest or sustainability conference or from the hospitality events.
