Whilst conversion of warrants is undoubtedly the reason the current share price is so undervalued I think it’s wrong to calculate how many warrants are still outstanding and assume that ALL of those converted would also carry a forward sold share.

As we enter a very news rich period with a potential rerate on the cards I would imagine some of the warrant holders will be looking to increase their holding so would therefore choose to convert warrants but keep their existing holding the same alongside. Once financing is secured, which is looking increasingly likely based on recent updates, any outstanding warrants should easily dissipate in the significantly increased trading volume

The precious metals sell off has been indiscriminate and it’s taken the wider market down with it, including critical minerals.

Markets seem to be settling down now and BRES should recover quickly to fair value which is nowhere near down at 7.9p

I totally agree Dibs, I’m heavily invested in both, I think the jurisdiction of Uganda versus Australia makes some difference although my personal view is Uganda is definitely one of the safer jurisdictions in Africa especially now the presidential election is out the way. I think other than that it’s mostly the warrants that have suppressed the SP to a level of extreme value. As others have said the warrants do appear to be dissipating and it feels like we’re at the start of a significant re-rate

Me too I broke all my investment rules to put everything into EEE and BRES in November 2022, this one’s a bit late getting to the party but I see it playing out in exactly the same way, so many parallels

Everything seems to be lining up nicely as we enter a news rich period of further drilling results, further offtake MOU’s and ultimately funding. Also can’t rule out something leftfield given the increasing scarcity of our resource. Really starting to feel like the share price has reached an inflection point

Warrants have been getting exercised for several months now and whilst these have certainly been a drag on the share price it has still risen by 100% in less than a year. I see this trend continuing as we approach a number of potential news events, particularly funding

The current warrant churn will pale into insignificance once the Finance news lands. At this point with it currently being only 3% of NPV (which is set to expand further) the SP has potential to multiply pretty quickly. The norm for NPV should be 15-20%. We are now into Q1 when it’s due so securing of Funding could land any time

Nonpartisan you’ve called this wrong all the way up from its 50% increase from 30p, hopefully that will continue to be the case
