I guess it’s understandable that one or two who sold out at the bottom are still resentful of the dilution but whichever way you look at it the resultant market cap of just £22M is an incredibly low valuation post FDA approval and with the world-class technology which is now starting to gain some commercial traction. The likes of Bracco and Nukem (along with others) have chosen to invest heavily at this juncture and given their commercial relationships with Polarean would likely have a better insight than your average retail investor so I take this as a huge positive. The gap into the mid 1.6’s was filled late Friday and the share price bounced back strongly into the close so a healthy pullback looks to be concluded

You raise a very good point Mr BB. From the Tuesday evening presentation it appears there has already been JV approaches which SB has batted away. I’ve been saying for sometime now the share price will eventually re-rate against the news that’s ALREADY out there, it’s just taking some time for the market to digest it which is partly down to the state of the current AIM market but also down to the sheer scale of the discovery. The market will be very interested to see the Empire forward strategy which to date seems to be playing out very nicely, and indeed at pace. We might have to wait up to six months for the separation steps to be fully defined but there has to be a very high chance of takeover approaches which of course would certainly be at a significant premium to the current share price

He’s always been honest and transparent about the unknowns and the uncertainties so when he says he has certainty I for one believe him

With small caps (remembering this is not an AIM stock) it’s all about risk vs reward. In order to make the spectacular gains which are clearly on the cards here you have to be invested from the outset. If you’re looking for greater certainty of investment you’re better off investing in FTSE 100 or 250 stocks, or waiting until the share price has already multi bagged and just being prepared to pay more. MOU’s are a statement of intent and it’s already clear that with the high-quality of our asset, and global graphite scarcity, that numerous potential off-take partners are going to be queueing up for our product. The clue’s are there, US DFC grant, outstanding test results to date from the US and China, strategic investment at no discount to share price, all highly unusual especially in the current market. MOU’s are the very best we can hope for at this stage of the game and we should be more concerned if these were not forthcoming. So I for one welcome them and the share price will surely re-rate as they continue to accumulate

Almost beggars belief that this still has market cap of just £12 million, crazy valuation when you look at the assets, their high grade quality, and the offtake prospects

I’m not saying for sure that Lovehandles is a ‘Shill’ (paid stock basher) but this article from 2006 still holds true today and we should be aware that outstanding prospects like Empire will attract some unwanted attention …

There are no certainties on AIM Timelord it’s all about assessing risk versus reward, and in that respect I feel there’s nothing better than EEE out there. The market consensus would appear to be a big thumbs up and the long overdue re-rate finally appears to be in play

The biggest short-term catalyst for me is the market finally starting to price in the news we’ve already had. The 35% increase over the past month should be just the beginning. Aside of that the JORC exploration target could also land any time and could be significant

Many mining exploration companies hope for just one off-take MOU, Blencowe confidently expect numerous, so we can be sure that those selected will be offering competitive terms. Add to this the near surface already proven quality graphite and the DFC project financing from the US and the downside risk seems negligible

Couldn’t disagree more, markets are forward looking and the share price won’t stay here until the milestones you’ve stated. At £12M the market cap contains virtually none of the newsflow to date, we should be at multiples of the current share price but that’s down to AIM bear market which thankfully looks to be ending. I expect a significant share price re-rate throughout 2024

That’s correct spank although it did get close to 5p. I’m continuing to add at this level which nowhere near reflects the story so far or the story pending. The Bid actually jumped up to 5.29 just before the market close and went NT for any quantity over 100,000 shares. Hopefully news afoot early next week

It felt like the long-term distressed seller finally left the building end of last week. If this is the case we should finally see the share price re-rate closer to fair value in the coming days/weeks
