Bye!
Just in case anyone still needed further evidence that Share Holders have been well and truly shafted eh!?!?!?!
Royally robbed and still they want to stick the knife in and rub salt into the wound!!
Just hoping that Karma now visits all members of the BOD in ''boat loads'' (thieving f8ckers!!!! π‘π‘)
(Still I can't complain personally as having already sold up prior to the 'vote' results and chucked it all into SAR, I've almost doubled my investment in under two weeks, and with so much more upside to come (IMHO!) ππ)
Tell me about it NAV_Mike!!
I sold my small (Β£5k) holding in Shanta for a small (Β£500) profit just before the result of the vote to chuck it all in here at the last raise (and so far it was the best decision!)
Had not been invested long (around a year or so) but really feel for those who backed the company for many years only to now get utterly robbed just as the 'spoils' finally arrived!
(I'm heavily invested in GGP too (just over 2m shares) so just hoping and praying that we don't get similarly shafted!?)
''and the Court sanctioning the Scheme at the Court Hearing."
The only saving grace would be if they take note of the blatant corruption surrounding this complete sh8tshow and refuse to sanction it?!
(More chance of the Tories winning a landslide victory at the next General Election unfortunately!!! π)
''I believe we are in the worst times as a investor for a long times, corruption appears everywhere''.
100% agree carter19!
(Just ask Shanta Gold SHs!!! π‘π€¬π‘)
Chimpus
Just forwarded a copy of your HL response to my contact at the Takeover Panel with a request to forward it on to the relevant body that should be looking into this further (as I thought that coming from them might garner more attention than from us humble PIs?)
Don't know if it will be actioned/make any difference but was worth an email I think!?
''Thank goodness long term holders have come to help out this last week or so''.
We did and Tim and Co. had better not forget it!!!!
A bit more transparency and respect for SHs needs to be forthcoming moving forward and Parker needs to go (as I remain unconvinced that he's not behind the PH/Consolidation/RF utter sh8t show!!!!!! π€¨π‘)
(My current fear also is that RF still have the ability to f8ck us!!?? π€π)
''My biggest worry for the last few years has been not that the science will fail, but that the closer we get to success, the harder it will get to avoid getting mugged''.
100% agree chumpden (especially having experienced EXACTLY that same scenario last week with Shanta Gold where SHs have just been totally and utterly robbed! ππ‘)
''unless their intention is to drive the company into the ground which doesnβt make sense''.
maybe not for rf but can the same be said for 'real ****' also!? π€π€¨
Thanks Bridgedogg1.
I certainly do believe that myself too, unless we get shafted that is as the holders of Shanta Gold have just been (although I'd like to think that SD and Co. are of a totally different ilk to that of the utter scumbags that sit on the SHG Board!!!!)
Good luck to you also.
Thankfully Krustysmegma I only invested a total of Β£50k (from an inheritance I received from my late Grandfather as a total novice back in 2014 - hence the many other total investment disasters in my Portfolio!!) so still in profit!
The majority of my losses (and profits) are from GGP (I have just over 1.7m at an average of 1.1p) and so the losses overall are only 'paper profits' thankfully.
I tend to try not to think of it as money (and especially what I could buy with it!) but just numbers on a score board (which is probably why I failed to sell my GGP at the ATH of 37p like many others!).
I did sell some GGP at 18p to invest here initially though and have recently managed to average down form Β£2.58 to 96p thanks to the Share Issue so 'only' down 86% (c.Β£70k) now.
Originally looking to sell up at 'break even' as with the sp at GGP currently being so artificially low I could pick up another 1.2m odd shares over there, however I will monitor SAR carefully as I may decide to stay in the hopes of the 'big payday' (if the BOD can finally get their sh8t together!!??)
Good luck!
Tell me about it Krustysmegma!
I've seen the value of my HL stocks & Shares ISA plummet from Β£750k in Dec of 2019 to just under Β£117k as of today!! π
''Whose job it is to protect us from CEO/CFO shenanigans''.
I always thought that it was 'The Regulator', but then we all know how utterly f8ing useless they are!!!! π‘π€¬π‘
''I would like the BOD to clarify exactly where we are with RF, how many shares they have left, how many warrants are outstanding and at what price''
Totally agree Seawolf!
Having just saved their sorry asses from their utter business incompetence, they'd better be more upfront and transparent with us now in return!?!
They owe us at least that IMO!
??
''but will avoid prison after pleading guilty to insider trading''.
Yeah how does that work then!?!?!? π€π€¨
If it was any one of us we'd be banged up - Guaranteed!!! π‘π€¬π‘π‘π€¬
Afraid not Laney as I thought this might happen so I sold out at 14.2693p just before the vote.
(Might just drop my contact at The TakeOver Panel an email just to let him know that the T/O vote 'passed', though what good it will do is anyone's guess!?)
Would have held on but I wanted to put it all into SAR (which had an 11.00am Monday deadline for their latest share issue) so as to reduce my average over there from Β£2.55 to 96p!
So sorry for all of those who have backed SHG for so long only to get shafted at the point where the rewards start to flow (especially those still underwater!) but AIM is corrupt as f8ck I'm afraid, so you just have to 'pay your money and make your choice' I suppose!?
My two major holdings now are GGP (2,004,528 shares) and SAR (84.441 shares) which are both 'Sh8t or Bust' shares, and once these have played out I'm soooo done with AIM!!!
They should but they won't shareminator, they'll be laughing all the way to the bank!! π‘
The corruption of AIM at it's 'finest'!! π‘π€¬π‘
''Β· the requisite majorities of Voting Scheme Shareholders voted in favour of the resolution to approve the Scheme at the Court Meeting; and
Β· the requisite majority of Shanta Shareholders voted to pass the Resolution at the General Meeting to approve the implementation of the Scheme''.
F8cking robbed or what!!??!!!? π‘π‘π€¬
Ripping off Tourists would appear to be a national past-time in Portugal from my own experience Speedy!
Only been once many years ago (early 90's) with an Ex-girlfriend, who's parents managed a Golf Club out there and have never been back since!
At the time that we visited their banks were charging Β£7 commission on every travellers cheque they cashed (what ever the value) so had my ex's father not given us some cash, most of our spending money (in Β£10 Travellers Cheques) would have been lost in commission!
And don't get me started on the Β£80 we were charged by a rather scruffy looking Beach Bar (shack) for 4 bowls of mussels and two bottles of white wine!!!! π
