C'mon Bozi
Why do you have to pick holes in my detailed research while posing your own unsupported opinion?
You're so quick to criticise that you neither read nort understood properly what I spent an hour researching...
This was a DIRECT current quote from Newmont:
“Our go-forward portfolio is the new standard for gold and copper mining [and] provides our shareholders with exposure to the highest concentration of Tier 1 assets in the sector,”
And so was this at the end of their strategic review following the NCM merger:
""Newmont Corp (NYSE: NEM) said on Thursday it plans to sell six non-core assets"
Which means SOLG is NOT non-core.
And as to BHP, they still had $12.4 Billion at 30 June 2023 despite paying $5.9 Billion in cash for OZ Minerals...
And in 2024 they threw off $20.7 Billion cashflow...$3 Billion for SOLG is less than half the Oz consideration
Finally, I have researched Jiangxi, Valuestone, the Chinese copper mining industry, smelters, China's plans for global domination in copper, strategic, critical and REM minerals, plus China's gold buying in detail.
Which is why I conclude its only a matter of time before Jiangxi takes us out which, given the Chinese State's bottomless pockets could be for a tidy sum if the other NINE parties wrestle...
Finally, once again I respect you Bozi and your right to an opinion but where anyone puts forward a negative or unsubstantiated opinion I will usually answer with researched facts and or opinions.
So please don't join the filtered posters on here who belittle my hard work simply because they can't be a***ed to do any research themselves.
Best wishes
